Chapter 72

It was the weekend we was all together cause we had nothing better to do. So we went out to eat 

Imani's POV

"Imani are you really bout to eat all that. You ordered a double cheddar bacon cheeseburger, a large side of onion rings & we're eating spinach dip & cheese sticks now," Shaye asked feeding Kai a tortilla chip from the dip 

"I sure am cause I'm hungry. This is just the appetizer. Plus you ordered a burger too didn't you," I said eating a cheese stick dipped in sauce

"Daddy can I have some of your drink," Mikey asked leaning over to Mike talking bout his milk shake 

"Here," he said letting him sip some, " Imani you gone be shitting later or farting. All this cheese you're eating. I feel sorry for you Chris cause pregnancy gas ain't no joke," Mike said taking his shake back from Mikey 

"I'm already dealing with it. She's been having gas & it stank so damn bad," Chris said & I looked at him like he was stupid

"So what I need to shit cause I've been backed up for the past two days. Its been nothing but gas," I said rubbing my stomach

"We needed to know this why. We are trying to eat," Shaye said giving Kai some apple juice

"I mean its human nature. Now where is the food. I'm ready to eat," I said looking around for the waiter

"Chill out babe, its coming gosh," Chris said sipping his drink

We waited for another 10 minutes then our food came. I wasted no time digging in. You know how you get to dancing or humming when food is so good. That's how I was right now 

"Really Imani, its that damn good. It got you dancing in yo seat," Shaye asked biting her burger

"Yup, I need some fries. Babe can I have some of yours," I asked taking some off Chris plate before he could answer. My onion rings were already gone 

"Take them all why don't you. I didn't want them," Chris said biting his burger

"I used to hate eating around Shaye when she was pregnant with Kai. She would eat her food, plus mine," Mike said looking at Mikey making sure he was eating. "Mikey eat that food before I take that juice," he told him 

"I'm are," Mikey replied sitting the juice down eating a chicken finger dipped in barbecue sauce. Damn I need some of them too cause they look good

"Excuse me," I said cause I burped super loud

"Ewe auntie Mani that's nasty. You farted out your mouth," Mikey said laughing

"That's what the hell is sound like. You should be ashamed of yourself," Shaye said rocking Kai cause she was getting sleepy

"I feel like I'm dating a nigga. That a cool cause I ain't gay," Chris said

"Oh shut up. Ya'll lucky it came out of that end & not the other. But I needed that now I can finish my food," I said taking another big bite outta my burger

"Imani you got a hole in yo chin or something, cause you got ketchup running down it," Mike said

"Damn are ya'll gone keep watching me eat," I said wiping my mouth with a napkin

"Yea cause we're in public & you're eating worse than these kids," Shaye said turning her nose up

"I know you're not talking Shaye cause you were the same way. Maybe even worse when you were pregnant with Kai," Mike said

"Thank you Mike for reminding her, cause she was horrible while pregnant," I said sipping some of Chris' milkshake. I swear I'm gone be sick later for real with all this dairy
