That Friday Shaye made up with Mike after she slapped him for leaving her outside at night. But her & Mani are going shopping for her outfit for the baby shower tomorrow

Imani's POV

We been in this store for hours and this girl is so picky. She's bout to be at her own baby shower naked in a minute cause I'm ready to go

"Nothing looks nice on me no more with this big ass stomach," Shaye said looking in the mirror at what she had on

"I liked the pink skirt with the white shirt. It was cute on you," I said

"I like that too but its supposed to be chilly tomorrow. What would I put over it & what shoes would I wear cause my feet are swollen, so no heels," she stated taking off the outfit she had on

"You can were my think jean jacket & we can get you some basic white flats so you can be comfortable," I suggest

"I guess but you can't dress cute cause I don't want you looking better than me. Are you still gone do my hair," Shaye asked

"Girl I always look cute. I might wear heels cause I wanna wear then one brown wedges I bought. I wanna break them in. What do you plan on doing to yo hair," I replied getting up

"I don't know maybe a part in the middle with some loose big curls. No you can't wear those shoes unless you're leaving to get some dick afterwards cause those are fuck me shoes the way they make yo legs look sexy," Shaye insisted

"Girl bye I ain't leaving with nobody. I'm a put on some skin tight skinny jeans to make my booty look good & a white shirt & my peach long cardigan. Yup I got my outfit together for tomorrow," I said

"Didn't I tell you that you couldn't look better than me. Now let me text Mike ugly ass & tell him to wear pink & white. If he says no, he ain't coming," Shaye said grabbing her outfit

"You can't do yo babydaddy like that. The shower is for his benefit too," I said laughing

"Fuck him plus everybody knows that baby showers and wedding are for the women," Shaye said standing in line

"True, but anyways. Mike gave me a $100 & told me to take you to get a manicure/pedicure cause yo hands & feet feel like sand paper. We gone have to pay double cause its that bad," I laughed

"He better not have said that or I will call & cuss his ass out," Shaye said pulling out her phone

"I'm just playing but he did give me some money & said take you out to get yo nails & feet done for tomorrow. A little pampering for yourself," I said

"Awe look at my baby trying to be all sweet with his ugly ass. I might give him some loving tomorrow night if he don't get on my nerves or MaKaiah don't act up," Shaye smiled

"I didn't need to know that. Y'all better be staying at his house cause I do not want to hear that shit," I said rolling my eyes
