I sat on my hospital bed, trying to listen in to what every person in the room was explaining to me. Calum never returned with that Ashton guy, and I still felt extremely bad.
"I want to dance.." I spoke gently, feeling like I needed to do something. I tried moving but it hurt too much so Riley pushed me back down gently. "This is unfair." I groaned.
Michael opened his mouth and I knew he wanted to bring up the fact that I forgot Ashton was unfair, but Im sorry, what do you expect me to do? My father basically choked be to death and me forgetting something is a shock? Oh well.
I sat back as Anna handed me my iphone, I tried to figure out my passcode but I couldnt remember it, and I threw it to the foot of my bed, aggravated with it already.
I heard Luke talking on the phone before grabbing my own and typing something in, he said thanks and hung up and handed me my phone. "Thanks.."
I looked through my text messages, seeing conversations I dont recall ever having. I went directly to my pictures, most of it full of myself and that Ashton kid. We looked pretty close. Was he family?
I asked what my password was, "2426" Luke told me, and I remembered to store that into the memory I supposedly posses. I locked my phone and sighed, rubbing my temples and brought one of the extra pillows to my chest, closing my eyes. I felt the place darken behind my eyelids and I felt rigid. I was tired but I didnt want to sleep. I felt like I was missing something, which prevented me from feeling bliss at the moment. I didnt understand what it would possibly be but I just wanted to sleep.
I was literally tossing and turning til I was almost asleep and I felt someone slip into the bed, I got scared until I smelt Riley's perfume, easily relaxing me as I was able to fall asleep at a faster rate.

I woke up to an empty hospital room, I sat up and rubbed my eyes, seeing that the clock read it was noon. So everyone was probably eating. I called for a nurse and told her I wanted to walk around for a while, she nodded and set me up. I wore a robe to cover my hospital gown and placed my feet in complimentary slippers. I held onto the small portable pole that held the fluids for my IV and we walked out of the room.
I walked through the halls quietly, my throat still aching but was slightly getting better. I felt perfectly fine while walking but continuously I became dizzy. "Can I walk by myself for a bit please?" I asked the nurse, needing time to try and figure things out. She hesitated before allowing me to.
I walked into the portion of the halls that was held between two buildings and it was just windows and railing. I stopped and over looked the rain pouring down from the sky.
I didnt know what day it was but it didnt matter anymore to me. I almost died, but for some reason, something held me back.
I watched as little girls latched to their fathers arms while they were swung up as the casted foot was lifted from the ground and she was soon carried. And an elderly husband and wife strolling through the garden area, admiring each others presences. It made my heart ache and I looked away. I took a shaky breath and continued walking through the hallway, gripping the pole a bit more this time.
I ended up back in my hospital room after a few hours to see everyone sitting there, sleeping. Michael and Luke were sharing a small couch, Calum and the Ashton kid were sitting against the wall, leaning on each other for support while Riley and Anna were asleep in two different chairs.
I walked back out of the room and looked for a nurse, "Excuse me." I asked when I spotted one, maybe in her 40s. "Do you know when I can leave?" She asked for my name and I told her, she told me to wait here and she will be back with the doctor.
