Lockdown

A very powerful femme, this little sparkling was. I knew almost nothing about her creators or how they designed her to function, but if the Decepticons wanted the little femme for war purposes, then she was extremely powerful.

Upon receiving the coordinates to my energon mine, I left to make sure that everything was there as Silas promised. When everything was found in good condition, I couldn't help but come back to the puny organization M.E.C.H., as I had to see the turnout of this young sparkling.

She was sitting uncomfortably on a metal slab, and several fleshies surrounded her, checking vitals and sticking her with pointy tools. I could tell immediately that this was unwanted by her. The way she squirmed and pleaded for them to stop made me laugh at how pathetic she was.

This was the mighty warrior that was supposed to end the war?

In my holoform, I made my way down the hallway, past guards and entering highly classified rooms without being bothered. I had been given special access to many areas of this facility. Now that I had my bounty, I knew I could get more.

The Decepticons still needed the girl, correct? I would give them the girl, and receive yet another large reward. Megatron, oh great leader of the Decepticons, will be pleased, I'm sure. And if he isn't?

I can just find a way off this rock and search for others of my own kind. My footfalls made almost no noise as I made my way down the hallway; the dimly lit lights gave almost nothing for me to see with.

But, just to my luck and without passing it, I found the locked door that Silas had forbidden me to enter. Now that my job is done, who says I have to listen to that flesh bag anymore? So, grabbing the door handle, I twisted the heavily locked door handle and it came off with the grinding sound of metal.

Inside, was an extremely large room. Though it was large enough to contain several humans, there was just barely big enough for one Cybertronian. And, wouldn't you know, hanging from the ceiling dangled the Autobot known as Wheeljack. But I knew better.

Wheeljack would have escaped from here if he wanted to. He was just waiting for my signal. Megatron was not pleased with the way one of his trusted soldiers got captured by small fleshies, but insisted he stay until he spoke with me.

And speak he did.

We made a deal. I get him out of here and bring the human femme with me as I help them escape, and they give me highly advanced weaponry and science far beyond what I had known on the earlier version of Cybertron. Apparently, the most loyal and trusted Decepticon, Shockwave, had returned from his experimenting on Cybertron.

So that meant I got all of his goodies he brought along with him. Though I'm not the evil scientist type, goods like those could be traded for five times as much as I would normally get on any regular bounty.

Too bad it took megacycles to actually find some other Cybertronians after our planet was destroyed. This muddy rock was the only planet I could find with any signs of life on it. Let alone have energon mines.

No wonder Megatron needed to win this war.

He was desperate.

Now, as I stared up at Wheeljack, I smirked. "Having trouble up there?"

The bots' optics opened before staring down at me in annoyance and disgust.

"So this is who Megatron sent?" he snarled.

"This is my holoform, for now. Easier to get around in this human building." I walked over to the controls and ran a servo along them until I found the switch that turned off the shackles around Wheelajack's wrists.
