I woke up the next morning to my alarm, my arm stretched out to hit it and i rolled out the bed. Heading out into the living room, i saw Jason laying asleep on the couch. i went over and shook his shoulder. "Jason get up, you have work."
"Hmmm 5 more minutes" He mumbled, i just left him and walked to the bathroom to get ready. After getting ready i came out the bathroom to find Jason sitting on the bed in our bedroom putting his shoes on. i walked past him pretending he isn't there and got my own shoes slipping them on.
"Are you going to talk to me?" Jason asked. I didn't answer, he sighed. I got up and went to the door.
"Jason move i need a ride to work." i yelled then mumbled. "Since i cant go myself." He came out the room and grabbed his keys following me out the door.
We pulled up outside the store after a very silent drive.
"Ill be here at 4:30 to pick you up." Jason told me as i was about the get out
"Fine"
"Hayley I'm sorry please just talk to me"
"I'm going to be late for work, bye" i slammed the door shut and walked in the front door.
"Ohhhh boy trouble?" Sarah asked as i got in. I had gotten over how she was when i first started here and actually got on with her.
"How did you guess.?"
"I saw the way that door got slammed."
"Do you just stand at the window and watch for me coming now?"
"No but its boring here before opening times, looking out the windows all there is to do."
"True"
"So what happened with lover boy."
"just stuff" as much as i had gotten to like her i wasn't going to tell her everything going on in my life.
"Fine you don't need to tell me then."
"Thanks"
A FEW HOURS LATER
"I'm going to Starbucks for lunch want anything brought back?" i asked Sarah getting ready to leave.
"Yeah a coffee please."
"OK be back soon" i went out the door and started walking round the corner where the Starbucks was, i got in and stood in the Que, after ordering i was standing waiting when i heard someone call me name.
"Hayley is that you." i turned around and found my dad starring at me.
