Brantley's POV
okay, what the fuck am I doing? I guess I'm going insane for a while. Snow's sitting in my lap watching TV with me when I hear my front door open. In a panic a throw Snow out of lap and she rolls off the couch with a thump. "what was that" Kolby asks walking into the living room. "god, thanks asshole" Snow says standing up, then she sees Kolby. She quietly sits back down on the couch and curls into a ball, covering herself with a pillow. "Kolby this is Snow" I say gesturing to the pillow chuckling. "wait, Snow? like baby Snow?" he asks pointing to her. "yes, baby Snow" I say nodding. "how the fuck does he know me and why is he putting baby before my name" Snow whisper's to me and I laugh. I pull the pillow off of her and start to introduce her. "Snow this is Kolby, my brother. When you were a baby everyone called you baby Snow accept me and your momma" I explain and Kolby still looks amazed. "I'm not a unicorn, you can stop staring" Snow says to Kolby and he stops staring and rubs the back of his neck awkwardly. "Ko why are you here" I ask and he snaps out of the awkwardness. "daddy called and said he needed our help getting gizmo hooked back up" "fuck, how the hell did he get out again" I ask throwing my head back in annoyance. "fuck if I know, I just know he needs us to catch him and pick up another lead on the way over there" he says and I can tell Snow's lost. "gizmo is my dads dog and he keeps him outside so when he gets off the lead he runs wild and daddy can't get him back by himself" I explain and she gets it. "we gotta go now" I ask Kolby and he doesn't even hear me. "KOLBY" I yell to get his attention away from Snow for one damn second "do we need to go now" I ask again "he said for us to get there as soon as we could before gizmo gets too far out". I reluctantly get up from the couch to head upstairs and put on some clothes since I'm still in just sweatpants with no shirt. "I'll be down in a minute, then we can go" I tell Kolby as I'm walking up the stairs. Mental note: make it up to Snow for leaving her alone with my pervert brother.
after I get dressed I go back downstairs and see Kolby's flirting up a storm. It immediately pisses me off and as I'm walking for the door, without a word I grab him by the back of his shirt and drag him out with me. "I'll be back in a little bit" I yell to Snow and hear her yell "bye". Me and Kolby get in his truck and of course he's pissed that I messed up what he thought was his chance to get with Snow. "what the fuck, man. I had that on lock" he says pulling out of the driveway. "man, she was ready to slap the fuck outta you. You didn't have shit on lock" I say trying not to get territorial. "What's her number and I'll make you eat your words" he asks and I look at him thinking he's nuts. "I'm not giving you her fucking number" I say starting to get pissed. "okay, damn" he says giving up when hearing the anger in my voice.
When we get to daddy's I can already see gizmo running around in the woods. "this should be fun" I say jumping out of the truck. Me and Kolby run after the damn dog for 30 minutes until we both finally get to him at the same time and grab him by the collar. "damn it, gizmo" Kolby says walking him back to were we connect his lead. "I bet he chewed through his other lead and went wild" I say walking with him to hook up gizmo while Kolby holds him. "Probably, he's got teeth of steal apparently" he says looking down at gizmo just as happy as could be.
After me and Kolby hook the dog back up we go to tell daddy he's up. The first words out of daddy's mouth when we walk in the house are "what's wrong? Why are you pissed and why are you depressed?". He says first pointing to me then Kolby. "daddy we're grown men, we can handle our own shit" I tell him and he looks at Kolby. "What" Kolby asks him. "You two better not start a fight over whatever this is. I-" "daddy like I said we're grown men. We aren't going to fight over something stupid" I reassure him "okay, thank y'all for gettin gizmo back up". After we both give daddy a hug we go ahead and leave. and as I expected the whole ride back to my house was just Kolby going on and on about what he would do to Snow. I swear I've never been this pissed in my life, so when we finally get to my house I jump out before he even puts it in park and slam the door. "Leave. Now" I tell him threw the window and walk up to the house. "I'm back" I yell walking in the door. "yay" I hear Snow cheering from the living room. I walk into the living room and pick her up off the couch and kiss her. "wow, what got you all horny" she asks breaking the kiss. "Just staking my claim" I growl dropping her onto the couch. I crawl on top of her and she starts pulling off my shirt. "Fuck" she breaths as I slide her pants off. I hear a sound that immediately sends me into a panic. My front door opening. I roll over and tuck Snow into my side to cover her. When I look over my shoulder I see Kolby standing there wide eyed with his jaw on the floor. I growl and feel Snow shiver. "Kolby, I'm gonna fucking kill you" I growl even more pissed than I was. "Fuck that, I'm gonna kill you" Snow yells, jumping out of my grip and off the couch. I grab her around the waist and pull her back onto the couch. "For the second time in 10 minutes FUCKING LEAVE" I yell at Kolby and he runs for his life. I don't think I've ever seen him run that fast. "God that's sexy" Snow breaths attacking my mouth again. I growl into the kiss just because I know she likes it. This is gonna be fun ;)
