-Kylie's POV-

"Finally everyone's here!" Brad cheered and pulled the girl Connor was talking to up.

Connor finally noticed my existence and tried to take my hand, but I stubbornly pushed his arms away and looked at Brad and the girl. The girl has beautiful gold locks and pale skin, she's tall and skinny and has a beautiful smile that would light up the whole room.

Connor looked at me with a questioning look on his face and James started laughing at me, making me flip him off.

"Before dinner starts, I want to introduce you guys to this beautiful girl here, my girlfriend, Ingrid."

My face immediately went red, and James couldn't contain his laughter anymore and started laughing so hard that his face was as red as mine.

"McVey, shut up before I chop your balls off." I snapped, embarrassed of myself. He immediately pretended to cough, trying to cover his laugh.

"What's so funny, dude?" Jacob asked, confusion clearly on his face as well as the other people in the room.

"Ask Kylie." James smirked, causing all the eyes to turn to me.

"Whatever." I mumbled and got out of my seat, walking to the back yard.

I hear footsteps following me and someone grabbed my hand, turning me around.

"What's wrong, babe?" Connor asked worriedly.

I sighed, "I just embarrassed myself."

"What? I don't get it."

"When I got here, James came to greet us and Tristan then came and walked away with Victoria. You didn't come and so I asked James to find you with me. When we walked in the dining room, you were busying talking to Brad's girlfriend and didn't even notice I exist. I guess I got mad. I'm sorry." I apologised, ashamed of my childish actions.

"Were you..." Connor trailed off, "jealous?"

The blood rushed onto my face again, "I was not."

"You were, that's so cute babe!" Connor chuckled, hugging me.

"I wasn't jealous!" I defended.

"Yeah, yeah. Let's go back inside before they think we're doing something funny."

Connor and I entered the dining room again, hand in hand. Everyone was busy listening to James explain what happened, and I slapped his head lightly.

"Anyone mention this again and I'll chop your tongue off." I threatened.

Connor and I sat down on our original seats, Ingrid immediately sent me an apologising smile and I sent one back to her. "Sorry about just now, I'm Ingrid."

"I'm sorry for acting so childish, I'm Kylie." we shook hands and dinner started.

Luckily no one mentioned what happened again, but those smirks and looks they send at my direction just makes me blush every time.

After dinner, all of us sat in the living room chatting. I realised James was the only one who didn't have a girlfriend and I felt kind of sad for him. Even though he sat there alone, he looked like he's enjoying himself as much as the others, but I know deep inside he's lonely.

Ingrid is a lovely girl and she fitted into the group quickly. The girls and I already made plans with her, welcoming her to our girlfriend group. She's very nice and friendly, and from her eyes, I can see that she really likes Brad. They look so cute together, probably even cuter than Ella and Jacob.

Brad and Ingrid told us how they met, and all the fun things they've done together. We even made fun of Brad because he never told us he's seeing someone, but I know everyone's happy for them.

Connor kept his arms around me the whole time and I felt loved and safe, we sneaked a few kisses now and then when the group isn't looking.

"Babe?" Connor whispered as the boys were telling Ingrid some embarrassing things Brad did.

"Yes Con?" I turned my attention towards him, looking into his beautiful eyes.

"Did I mention you look beautiful tonight?" he smiled at placed a soft kiss on my lips, making me blush.

I'm so lucky to have him as my boyfriend and I know I love him, but I'm not ready to tell him yet.
