Everybody Wants Lucy {Ch.34}

A/N Ok I struggled with this chapter rewrote it three times. But two of my fav. authors were bugging me for more. So I hope its not to bad and you like it. If you don't send your complaints to Rebeca and AngelSouls (lol). Guys this ones for you.

Everybody Wants Lucy {Ch.34}

Arena's POV

I was sitting with my head leaning on Arken's chest. He was in his human form and I was holding his hand. I could feel the roughness of his shark skin even in this form. His fingers were long and incredibly sexy looking. I kissed his hand and felt a tingle against my lips.

"Please come back to me love." I said to the room knowing he couldn't hear me.

"I would have never left if I knew you cared." Arken said.

I turned my head to look into his amazing eyes. I was so happy he was awake, I got a little carried away. I leaned in and kissed him. I have never felt anything like it before. My mouth was on fire in a good way. Pleasure radiated thru every part of my being. And in that moment I felt so much love it made me want to cry. Then I remembered he was hurt and I reluctantly pulled back.

"Wow that was even hotter than I dreamed." Arken said.

I just stared at him. I didn't know if was because of the kiss or because of what he said.

"You dreamed about me?" I asked in shock.

"Almost every night my beautiful mermaid." he said.

I couldn't believe it. He liked me, or why else would he be dreaming about kissing me.

"Oh Arken!" I said and hugged him just a little to tight because he flinched. But he didn't pull away so I did. We just stared into each others eyes for what seemed like eternity. Before either of us could say anything there was a knock at the door. I jumped off the bed and on to the chair next to it. Arken just grinned this devilish grin and said.

"We will continue this later. Come in." The door opened and Rebeca came in.

"Your awake!" she said to Arken. "Why didn't you tell us?" she glared at me.

I couldn't form words after what had just happened between Arken and me. Luckily he saved me.

"I just woke up. She was about to come get you. But I was asking if there was any news on Lucy." Arken said, my hero I thought.

"No not yet." Rebeca said.

"Is her father here?" he asked.

"Yes as is your mother and father." she said.

"My parents are here?" he asked and sort of groaned at the same time.

"Yes and I don't think your dad likes Lucy's dad or Arena's. Who is also here and I know he doesn't care for Lucy's dad. Their sitting in the kitchen glaring at each other. Your mother and I have been running interference." Rebeca said with a tired look on her face.

"I'm sorry for my father." Arken and I said at the same time.

Then we started laughing as did Rebeca. Our laughter brought the adults in, and that put an end to our laughter.

"Arken!" his mother yelled as she rushed to his side.

"Hi mom." Arken said and cringed as his mother hugged him to hard.

"Let me look at you." she said with tears in her eyes.

"Its ok now mom don't cry." Arken said.

"Don't you ever scare me like that again, you here." his mom scolded.

"I will try not to mom but danger has a way of finding Lucy." Arken said.

"Which is why your coming home and staying put." Arken's dad said.

"I agree, that's exactly what your doing too Arena." my dad the king of the mermaids said.

Arken and I looked at each other.

"Oh no we are not" Arken and I said.

"Yes you are." our dads said.

""Do you mind? I'm trying to talk to my son." Arken's dad said to my dad.

"I don't mind. I am speaking to my daughter." my dad shouted back.

"Well take her home and do it. What are you doing here anyway?" Arken's dad shouted.

"Lucy is my granddaughter, I have more right then you to be here." my dad yelled at Arken's dad.

Lucy's dad stepped between them.

"You two need to calm down." Lucy's dad said.

"When I want your opinion I'll ask for it." my dad said to Lucy's dad.

"Same here." Arken's dad said.

"Hey wait a minute this is my house." Lucy's dad yelled.

"I have had enough." Arken whispered to me. He took his mothers hand and motioned for me and Rebeca to follow. We went into the living room where Rebeca's brother, the angels and Brady were.

"Hey what's going on." Brady asked motioning towards the room all the shouting was coming from.

"Your dad my dad and Lucy's dad are going at it." Arken said.

"You want us to help you break it up." Maverick asked.

"Na their kings and a prince so they wont kill each other. If we are lucky they will knock each other out and give us some peace." Arken said.

"Arken!" his mother admonished him.

"Come on mom, their acting like children. If I behaved like that you would skin me alive." Arken said and his mom nodded.

"Are you ok man." Brady asked.

"Touched you care merboy. And yes I'm fine sore but fine. Thanks to Lucy and I sure the hell am not going to abandon her now. No matter what my father say's. Do any of you know where she is?" Arken said.

"Her father thinks they went to the dragon realm." Adonis said.

"Well that makes sense because I felt her grandfather the king of the dragons. Does anybody know how to get there?" Arken asked.

Everybody started shaking their heads no, one by one when Rebeca raised her hand.

"Speak girl we are not in school." I said

"Dietrich gave me a way to get there. But I haven't used it yet so I don't know if its going to work." Rebeca said.

"Well lets give it a shot. You guys in." Arken asked the group and we all nodded in agreement.

"Arken you just woke up. I don't want you to go." his mother said.

"Mom I'm fine. You wanted me to grow up a little and learn compassion for others. That's why you sent me to Lucy's school in the first place. And now you want me to be selfish and walk away from my best friend." Arken said.

"I just got you back I don't want to loose you" she said.

"Mom I will be fine I promise. And I never break my promises to you. Mom I need to do this. Go home and I will see you soon." Arken said and kissed his mom on the cheek.

"I have to wait for your father." she said.

"Leave him a note and go home. They need to argue this out. So Lucy doesn't have to come back to all this bickering." Arken said.

We all followed Rebeca outside. She placed a blue stone on the ground said some gibberish and a portal opened. "Shall we." Arken said and he took my hand as we walked into the portal.

Floen's POV

I had listened to their conversation from outside the house. And now I watched as they walked into a portal the fairy girl had opened. I wondered if I should sneak in behind them. I wasn't sure if my kind would be welcome there. I knew our queen needed to know she was safe. And if I was being totally honest I needed to know too. Then I noticed the hole was closing. So I galloped and jumped for it.
