Rebeca's POV

I didn't know why but I had a bad feeling about this. Maybe its just because I didn't trust the witch. Lucy's note said her father and uncle were in an accident, she went with the witch to the hospital. It just didn't feel right. I was sitting in Lucy's car thinking I had to do something. I tried to call Lucy and realized she left her phone in the car. I closed mine opened hers up. I looked thru it until I found her uncles number, because I new him a little. He answered and said.

Uncle Benny's POV

My phone rang I looked at it and saw it said Lucy's phone.

"Hey sweet girl are you on your way home."

"Is this Lucy's uncle Benny" a girl who was not Lucy said.

"Yes who is this and why are you calling me from my niece's phone" I said getting a little excited. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Frederick rise and walk towards me with a worried look on his face.

"This is Lucy's friend Rebeca. Were you in an accident today. And is Lucy with you" Rebeca said.

"No and no, what is this about" I demanded. And I could here the panic in my own voice.

" Meet me at Masten Lake its an emergency" Rebeca said then she hung up. I tried to call back but she wasn't picking up.

"Lets go" I said to Frederick and headed for the door.

"Where? What's the matter? Is Lucy ok" he asked?

"I don't know. Lucy's friend Rebeca called from Lucy's phone. She asked if I was in an accident and said to meet her at the Lake. And now she's not picking up. Are we done with the questions because I think we should get to the lake a.s.a.p." I said. We parked and I saw Lucy's car. We started walking to the water and I saw the Rebeca girl blowing a strange whistle. I knew who she was calling and I new this was bad. He came out of the water with a bunch of his guards about the same time Frederick and I reached the girl. She had tears running down her face, the king put his arms out and she fell into them.

"Shh child its ok what happened" the King looked at me when he asked the question. I told him about the phone call.

"Its ok child your safe tell me what happened" he said. He was so gentle with her unlike how angry he was with us earlier. For the first time I saw Jazz in him. Then Rebeca spoke thru tears and what she had to say sent a chill down my spine.

"I got this note. But then I called her uncle and he said he was never in an accident. And I know she's going to hurt Lucy again or worse." Rebeca said as she handed the king the note. He passed Rebeca to one of his female guards. Then turned to my brother and all resemblance of his beautiful daughter was gone. As he started to yell at Frederick.

"Are your stupid choices ever going to stop hurting my family." The king said and he thru the note at Frederick. I read over my brothers shoulder and my heart started to tighten in my chest. We couldn't loose Lucy too. Not to that witch I would kill her myself.

Lucy's POV

"Oh finally the princess is a wake" my evil step monster snarled at me.

"What do you want and why did you do this to me" I asked?

"I want your father and you are my leverage. He will do anything to get you back" she spat.

"Take this off my face" I yelled.

"Why so you can see me and use your powers on me. I know you have them. I'm magically protected so don't even try using them. If you don't hit me directly whatever you do will happen to you and not me" she said.
