····The Jock····
I walked with my hands in my pockets. It was pretty lonely without Mallory too. I mean, she is still pretty beat up, but her determination to kill Mr. Hale is unbelievable. She also gets really violent when she thinks of his and quickly resorts to her fists. All the more reason why I love her so much.
"You're kidding, right?"
I heard a voice around the corner which I recognized almost immediately. I was just about to go home and was passing by the classrooms. I had football practice, but I stayed to clean up--I didn't think that anybody else stayed behind. I leaned against the wall and crouched and pressed my ear against the door.
"You think I would be kidding? There's someone following me!"
I gasped. This voice... is was old and scratchy. I clenched my fists and scowled. Beatrice Sylvester... Charlie told us that she wasn't attending school anymore, but she comes now to meet this guy?!
"Well maybe if you hadn't been so fucking clumsy, they wouldn't have been so suspicious!" Alex screamed at her. He grunted and kicked the desk. It hit the door and made me jump. "Well, luckily that blonde bimbo was put in the hospital. I didn't expect Dave to attack her, but oh well. Its hitting two birds with one stone." Alex chuckled. I held my breath. Was Alex the mastermind here? Did he plan this all out? Did he... did he kill Audrey?
"Two birds with one stone? What are you talking about?" Sylvester asked.
"Well, I got rid of Mallory, and to be honest, putting Dave in jail was also in my plan." he said. Sylvester gasped.
"You--?! Why didn't you tell me?! Because of you, I have to visit him everyday in jail! Do you know how much he smells?" Sylvester gagged.
"At least I told you the most important part of the plan, didn't I?" he said. I gasped and leaned forward.
".... the fact that you killed Audrey and framed her father?" Sylvester said. My whole body and mind froze. I knew it... well, no, I didn't. But I had my suspicions. And thanks to that old hag, they were clarified.
"Ahahahaha! You're partially right, Sully. Anyways, now that most of the eyesores are gone, I still have to take care of the others." Alex said. And even through the door, I could feel his murderous intent.
"Which are?" Sylvester said with unease. Alex hummed and fumbled with the doorknob.
"I wonder~" he sang. The doorknob was turning slowly and I knew that if I stayed, my whole cover would be blown. So I stood up and ran for the nearest corner. I heard the door open and Alex walked out. His footsteps was heading my way, which made me all the more scared. I took a deep breath and calmed myself.
Its okay, Damian. Just... play it cool.
I walked out of the corner naturally and made eye contact. For a split second, a look of disgust flashed in his eyes. Then it changed into a grin.
"Hey man. How's it going?" he asked and wrapped an arm around me. I grimaced because I too felt a little disgusted. These hands... the hands of a murderer. I should've known he was the culprit! I mean, the killer was acting out right in front of my nose!
"Good, just getting back from football practice." I said. Alex stopped and looked around.
"Hmm? But what are you doing on the second floor?" he asked. I gulped and pointed to the hallway I just walked out from.
"I was using the bathroom." I said. Alex gave me a blank stare and looked back into the hall. He frowned and pointed at the darkened hall.
"But... that's a dead end." he said. I gasped and ran to look--he was right. There was yellow tape that blocked the hall because there had been a accident in the chemistry room and they had to evacuate and burn the whole thing down. I clenched my fists. God, how could I be so stupid?! "Damian, did you..."
"Shit!" I swore and cuffed Alex and sent him diving to the floor with blood spilling from his nose.
OH MAI GAWD DAMIAN YOU BADASS
He really isn't slick, as you guys could tell, but he tried his best so give him that. At least he hit probably THE most hated character in the story. That's cool, it was apart of my plan...*Evil snickering*
Anyways, VOTE and COMMENT if you are looking forward to the end of the school year!!
