It's been almost two days since that day when I last saw her.
We're really expecting a visit from her yesterday though, the band sticking up for me, watching the night skies turn into light by shifts. The team really sticking up for me and all, and putting inner conflicts within us aside.
They knew my battle. They what went on in Antonio Villanueva's world.
I'm safe to say that I have finally found someone who really did knew me inside out besides my dad, and not only that.
I'm safe to say that my band really cared about me that night.
"And that's the last song practice. hooray everyone!" Jenny proclaimed. "Who's up for pizza?"
"Meh, " Allan smirked. "You're probably gonna eat the rest of those anyway."
"Yeah you should buy your own set" Paolo added.
Then all of a sudden a mic stand just flew over and hit Allan by the head.
"OW Jenny ! What was that for!?" Allan protested.
Jenny just returned a disgusted grin. The one that you'd actually see from a disgusted devil in the movies. "Let's go." She said as she turned her back to go outside.
"Aren't you even going to let us change clothes? damn we've been practicing for three straight hours already!" Allan complained.
"Whatever, I'll just wait outside." The volume of her voice weakened as she created distance from her to us by walking out of our front door.
Jenny's really lucky. She isn't really the girl that gets really sweaty after a workout - I mean , I never saw a day that she's really sweat any single drop. It's in her Hearthfire blood, together with her porcelain-white skin and the ability to manipulate sounds in her voice. She can really sing well even if she'd just finished two pints of ice cream, which she actually does before singing. Combined with her bluey gray eyes and that captivating smile... don't forget her super confident personality, she's a gorgeus catch, really. Well, if she really didn't shouted much.
No wonder why is Allan so all over her.
"Hey," Allan snapped me out. " Aren't you gonna change? " He assured.
"Oh yeah, be right back." I hurriedly responded. I don't really wanna annoy Allan even further.
"Yeah, lemme check the medicine cabinet for that wound, Allan." Paolo suggested.
"Uh, what?" Allan was confused.
"Touch your forehead." Paolo commanded.
Allan really was hit hard by Jenny earlier, judging from the amount of blood that was left on Allan's hand after he touched his forehead. "Heh, pretty bad , is it?"
"You should really stop teasing her so much, you know. " I overheard Paolo as he gets a very large band-kit and a bottle of disinfectant.
"Heh, "Allan chuckled back. "She's really taking it seriously, isn't she?"
"Yeah." Paolo nodded as he gave the kit to Allan. "Here ya go. I'll change in my room. meet you all outside."
Allan just assured a nod. I think he's still worried about his forehead though.
"Hey, Tony boy. " Paolo said as he got up the first few steps to the stairs, with me behind him.
"Oh...What's up?" I confusedly replied.
"Don't what's up me, man. You know what happened yesterday." He said.
"Oh... I forgot." I said. I'm really confused. What is with yesterday? We practiced like this and that's it.
