Keith Part Two

It's been two weeks after Keith and I's argument. We haven't spoke to each other in 14 days. No one took notice for the first two days, but after that everyone had asked both of we weren't speaking. 'Just a stupid argument.' You replied. 'Something just happened.' He replied. Every single time they asked you both came up with new lies. During dinner, Shiro stood up and announced 'Alright listen! You two have been acting different for the past two weeks. Pidge, I, Coran, Hunk and Allura and Lance are all worried. Y/N, Keith what is going on?' Shiro demanded. You looked down at the green gloop on your plate, begging to yourself that Keith wouldn't say anything. 'Shiro, don't be rough please.' Pidge said quietly. You saw that Keith was tending up out of the corner of your eye. 'Y/N, Keith. We need to know what's going on. Zarkon hasn't attacked yet but if he does, what are we going to do if you're still bickering?' Allura stated. Keith placed his fork down, creating a slightly loud clank on the plate. He looked at your dead in the eye, 'If you won't tell them I will.' He said, loud enough for everyone to hear.
'Tell us what? Y/N are you okay?' Lance asked, panic filled his voice. You took a shakey breath before you replied to your best friend. 'Lance, I'm okay. I promise.' The lie clung to your words with ease. A loud thud of fists connected with the table. 'Stop saying your FINE Y/N!' Keith's voice broke. Everyone looked in bewilderment, even you. 'Stop saying you're fine please. I can see you're not. You weren't 'Fine' two weeks ago. You weren't fine before that, and you are not FINE now! So please stop lying to us and yourself!' Keith ranted, tears flushed down his cheeks. You swallowed down the lump forming In your throat. All eyes turned to you now.
'Y/N. What is he on about?' Hunk mumbled.
'Y/N?' Lance asked placing a hand on your shoulder.
'What's going on?' Coran said.
Soon everyone's voices filled the room except for yours and Keith's.
Your shoulders began to shake violently. Tears gushing down your face, struggling to breathe. 'I'm- I'm sorry!' Was all you could form. Keith stared at you, he felt guilty but he knew you would get the support you needed. 'Y/N listen, I only did this because I thought I-' Keith rambled.
'Before what Keith!' You shouted. Everybody in the room froze. Your body shaking from anger and from sadness. 'Before what? Before you decided to stop talking to me? Or before you completely blanked me when you KNEW what I was going through?' The words were toxic coming from your mouth. Lance had placed his hand on you again, only for you to shake it off. 'Please leave me alone for the time being or until I have calmed down.' You whispered, voice breaking. You quietly left the room as Keith, Lance, Allura, Pidge, Hunk, Shiro and Coran stared at you in shock and empathy.
All eyes turned to Keith. 'Now, tell us what the hell is going on!' Shiro demanded, arms folded. Keith took in a struggling breath. He glanced to the door you just left out of. 'Fine, but it may take a while I think.'

~LE TIME SKIP~

You walked into your room and screamed. "Thank god these walls are sound proof." You thought. The screaming continued for a few more minutes until your throat burned. You took the pillow from the bed and began throwing against walls. Releasing the anger and every emotion inside you. You had a gut feeling saying that he was telling them about what happened. You didn't care anymore. You know you needed help but just didn't know how. Everyone came up to you with the same old crap, "It gets better." Or "Everything will be fine, trust me." People think that it works but it doesn't. You wanted to know people were going to help you throughout it, not leave you by yourself. You had finally calmed down when the swift movement of doors were heard. You didn't bother looking up from the wall you had previously slid down. 'Y/N,' Shiro. 'We just want you to know that we now understand everything.' He carried on. You heard someone join you on the floor. 'You know we're here for you right?' Pidge.
'I consider you as a sister, and I wouldn't live with myself if we lost you.' Lance
'We'll always be here Y/N.' Coran and Allura.

You had finally looked up, more tears flowing down your cheeks. People cared, people actually wanted to help and didn't say any of the stereotypical crap. You have a hearty smile. 'Thanks guys so much!' You said happily, 'I'm sorry I never said anything before.' You continued.
'We're sorry we never noticed.' Pidge replied.
'It's okay Pidgeon.' You told them.
Everyone has noticed Keith in the corner of the room, tears streaming down his face like yours. All of them decided to leave, with only you and Keith in the room. 'Look Y/N I am so sorry I shouldn't have-' He was cut off by you enveloping him into a hug. 'Thank you.' It was muffled by his jacket. Keith didn't know what to do but hug you back. 'For what?' You looked up at him. 'For getting me the help I needed, when I was to scared to do so.' You both hugged one another for a few more silent minutes. 'Can we be Y/N and Keith again?' You asked quietly. 'Who said we were over?' Keith chuckled quietly. You made a 'Hmph' sound of happiness. 'Thank you again.' You repeated.
'Please tell us when things are going tough again okay?'
'Okay.'
