High school au

Trans Lance High School AU Headcanons
I thought I'd do one for the Trans Lance AU
• Came out to his mom Freshman Year of high school
• His mom immediately hugged him and bought him his first binder and gave him daily validation, she constantly validates him to this day
• His family doesn't have enough money to get him top surgery or put him on T but he does get the birth control shot because it lessens the likely hood of getting his period
• Junior year he moved high schools which is where he met Allura, Shiro, Keith, Pidge, Hunk, Matt, Shay, and Coran (Coran was the counselor so he knew about Lance being trans prior to everyone else and calls him "my boy" as a form of validation)
• Hunk was the first friend he came out to, Pidge was the second.
• After that he came out to everyone during lunch. They all were accepting (Obviously)
• He's actually really prone to getting sick (just a random HC)
• He ends up dating Keith
• Keith buys him a galaxy binder because that's what boyfriends are for
• Before dating Keith, Lance dated a girl named Plaxum (at his old school, sophomore year) who just so happened to know Hunk. They broke up because Plaxum was moving out of state and Lance was moving across the country from where she was.
• Nyma and Rolo were people from Lance's old school too. They didn't get along with him at first but they eventually became friends
• Lotor was that one asshole at his old school
• Oh yeah when Lance came out to Hunk he didn't know how to do it because it had been years since coming out to someone so he said "I'm a boy" and Hunk looked at him funny so he said it again and pulled up his shirt showing him his binder (Hunk hugged him for like an hour)
• Lance flirted with Allura when he first met her and she thought it was adorable
• He also flirted with Shiro, who was dating Allura, which he knew.
• He never really flirted with Keith to his face but when he first saw him he said to Hunk "Holy shit who is that hot piece of ass"
• oh yeah he met Hunk, Pidge, and Shay by randomly running up to their lunch table and saying Hunk reminded him of a pure cinnamon roll

BONUS
Matt is like Shiro's best friend and since Shiro is like the clueless dad friend Matt takes advantage of it sometimes and tried to convince Shiro things that aren't real exist (ie. A baby raptor exhibit at the museum with live raptors that they brought to life with genetic engineering)
