Everyone was enjoying the small get together that Allura was holding in honour of the defeat of Zarkon. You and Pidge were in normal clothes with slight class (white button ups with a tie) whilst the others wore suits and Allura in a elegant blue dress. Everyone was off doing their own thing. You need the food table, not bothering to socialise with anyone, Lance flirting with girls and boys. Shiro was dancing with Allura along with others and Hunk was with Shay. That was when you saw it. Some snotty royal Prince talking shit about the green Paladin.
"I'm sorry but I thought the green paladin would have been to a much higher standard." He laughed, Pidge gave him a upset glare. "What do you mean by that?" They asked, teeth grinding together. "Nothing just the Green Paladin aa more worthy of their Title."
That was when you stormed over, grabbing his top and pinning him to the wall. "What the Quiznak!" You yelled in the prince's face. All eyes turned to the ruckus. Your eyes full of anger.
"How DARE you treat my child like complete and utter shit!" These words fell out like venom. Keith had joined you, pinning the Prince harder into the wall making him wince. "He treated the green one terribly." "He deserves it." All sort of agreement.
Hunk decided to step in, leaving hurtful words, no one knowing that this side existed. Lance, calmly pulling you away and taking your place. Shiro decided to step in, his bionic arm glowing with purple. "Now seeing as Dad is coming, boys get off." You ordered, both doing what they were told. "Now this is for treating my child like shit." You said before your hand collided with cheek, a loud smack rung through the ballroom. Walking back to Pidge whilst Shiro did what was needed, you gave them a kiss on the forehead, "No one disrespects my children and gets away with it." You both laughed. 'Whoops' and Whistles were heard through out everything. Allura had to be dragged away by Coran to inform the King of what happened after hell went loose. Safe to say, a long heartfelt apology was given to every Paladin; especially Pidge.
