Astrid's POV
It was such a beautiful night with all the stars in the sky. We're both sitting in a bench in his garden, enjoying the nice scenery of the surroundings. Nakakapanibago lang dahil hindi na ito kagaya ng dati. No, it didn't change physically or anything like that. What I'm talking about is that, it doesn't feel the same any more.
When I first got here, I only wanted to escape. I never actually paid attention to this place but now that I've accepted him, it doesn't felt like a prison anymore but it felt like home now. A home I've never had for a long long time.
Tatlong araw na din ang lumipas mula nang magising ako at tuluyan ko nang nabawi ang lakas ko. Pati ang mga sugat sa katawan ko ay wala na rin. I felt normal, I felt the same.
"I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you." Says Alex repeatedly while kissing my whole face in between words.
I laughed and covered his face with the palm of my hand to stop him from kissing me again.
"Okay, I get it already." I said chuckling. "My face is covered with your spit."
"I'm only marking my territory."
"You're such a dog." I laughed.
"A very handsome dog."
"Indeed." I agreed. "How come you're never get tired of saying, I love you?"
"Why? Are you getting tired of hearing it?" He asked getting serious all of a sudden.
It took me seconds to think about that question. Am I growing tired of it? No. I will never get tired of hearing those three words from him and I will never get tired of telling him the same.
"Just as I think about it, medyo nakakapagod narin." Pagsisnungaling ko ngunit nang makita ko ang lungkot sa mga mata ni Alex ay nakonsensya naman agad ako. "Relax! Nagbibiro lang ako."
"Mula noon gustong gusto ko nang sabihin sayo na mahal kita pero pinipigilan ko lang ang sarili at ngayong tinatanggap mo na ako, hinding-hindi ako mapapagod na sabihin sayo kung gaano kita kamahal." Sambit nito habang hinahaplos ang pisngi ko.
Hindi ko mapigilang mapangiti sa narinig. It was just overwhelming. "I was not informed that Alexander Somerhalder can make a girl's heart flutter."
"Am I making this flutter right now?" He smirked and put his hand over my chest area.
"I would've answered yes but you're touching the wrong area. That's my breast right there." I laughed and pointed at his hand that was still over my chest.
"Oh!" He fake gasped but didn't remove his hand. "I didn't notice."
"You're such a sly!" I accused but laughing.
"How about we go back to our bedroom and—"
"Hmmm... I like the smell of grass and trees in here. It's so refreshing!" I cut him off and pretended to inhale deeply just to annoy him a bit. This is one of the rare moments where playing jokes with Alex seemed normal and fun.
"And I like your smell. Let's go."
I yelp when Alex suddenly scooped me into his arms and started walking inside the house and up to our bedroom.
He laid me softly over the mattress and stood at the edge of the bed as he wasted no time in removing his shirt without breaking his lustful gaze on me. Bitting my lower lip, I watched this sexy man undress in front of me and not even a second passed, his shirt was already discarded on the floor. Alex crawled to the bed and pulled my legs towards him.
