I looked at the time. 11:30 pm. 30 minutes for me to get out of the house. I checked downstairs to see if anyone was awake and I checked my parents room. Once I knew everyone in the house was asleep, I snuck out the window and got into the car I've been tuning up for the last couple of weeks

I drove it all the way to the top of Hwal Hill. I put on my helmet and looked at all my opponents. I didn't care about any of them except one. Park Woojin. But he was the final boss. If I wanted to beat him, I have to get through all his stupid lackeys.

I go to the sign up area and get my number. I wait until I heard my name yelled out. Once I did I smirked to myself. I walked to my car and saw two of Woojin's best drivers, Daniel and Sungwoo.

"Ready to lose? Or are you going to run home and cry to your mommy?" Sungwoo and Daniel laughed as they high-fived each other. I rolled my eyes. "Hey, why don't you focus on the race? The lights about to go." The two boys widened their eyes and got into their cars quickly. But it was to late.

As soon as the light turned green, I hit the accelerator and speed down the hill. I looked through my rear view mirror and saw the cars speeding up towards me. I needed to win so I decided to use one of myself secret weapons.

I opened my window and dropped a bottle of oil on the floor. I watched as the other cars twist and turns off the road except a few. I smiled as I saw Sungwoo and Daniel pulling up to my car on both sides. I rolled down my windows to hear them.

"You almost killed us, you freak!" I laughed and looked at both of them. "There's no rules in drag racing. Just win. And by the way, you might wanna hurry up. I'm winning."

I accelerated faster and before I knew it, I passed the finish line first. I got hit and watched as the two boys went over to Woojin to complain but I didn't care. I made eye contact with him and smirked. "I have a bigger surprise for you.. Just wait."

A couple of races later and I made it first each time. I heard as the announcer called me to race a Woojin. I smirked and made my way to the finish line. I sat in my car, engine running, when I saw him pull up next to me.

"You're pretty impressive. But your winning streak ends now. I'm the king of this hill. No one beats me." He put on his helmet and smirked. "It's okay though, you can congratulate me at the finish line."

I felt the anger starting to overcome me but I put it aside. As soon as the light turned green, I accelerated as fast I could. I checked my mirrors but didn't see Woojin behind me. I smiled and took out another bottle of oil. "Let's make sure he really can't win"

I dropped the bottle and drove as fast as I could. I saw the finish line in front of me but I saw someone pulling up beside me. It was Woojin. He waved and past me to the finish line. I hit the steering wheel in anger and kept driving. We were both neck in neck and just like that we passed the finish line. The check the photo and announced the winner as..

Woojin. I sighed and took of my helmet. Everyone saw that I was a girl and had their mouths wide open. I heard whispers from here and there.

"Dude, we got beat by a girl." "Not only that, she's the closest person to winning against Woojin." "Damn, she's fast"

I turned around and went to my car when I saw Woojin walk up to me. "You have talent. I have to admit it but, you almost got me. You're really good" I smiled, happy at the compliments I was hearing

"Thanks, that means a lot coming from you.." We smiled at each other not caring what his other members were thinking when we heard a sound.

*BEEP*BEEP*BEEP*

My eyes widened at the sound of police sirens. Woojin noticed my expression and pulled me to his car. "Get in, I'll drive you home." I was hesitant for a bit but just got in. As we drove off, I saw some people got caught. I leaned back in my seat and sighed. "That was a close one"

Woojin heard me and chuckled a bit. "Something tells me that you're not supposed to be out at two in the morning, huh?" I laughed a bit and nodded "I snuck out. No one knows is do drag racing. It's kinda a side hobby. Well I guess not anymore. My car got wrecked."

I saw Woojin nod and smiled. "So why did you do drag racing? Just a wild question.." he turned to me quickly before putting his eyes on the road. "I don't know, it felt fun and I wanted to do something spontaneous before I became serious with my life. It was supposed to be a one time thing but I kept coming back and next thing I know, I own the track." He smiled and looked at me again. "How about you?"

I sighed and looked out the window. "My parents are kinda strict. I guess it was for fun. Kinda like you. I wanted to prove that I could do something once I put my mind to it. Guess I failed."

We finally stopped in front of my house. I was about to get out when Woojin grabbed my arm. "Never think you're not good enough (Y/N). All the races you did tonight proved your point a lot." I felt my face become red at the sudden contact but nodded as he continued.

"Would you like to go Go-Carting tomorrow? You know, to redeem yourself?" I smiled and kissed his check before exiting his car. "Sure. Be prepared to lose." I saw him drive away as I snuck back into my bedroom, waiting for morning to come.
