Kang Daniel - Call me Baby

It was a normal morning. The campus's paths were packed with students, all trying to get to class or out of class. It was like that everyday.  It was the same.

Except me. I'm (Y/N), a student at Shinhye University. However, I'm pregnant. I still wanted to finish my education so I'm at school.

The first few months were able to be hidden through wearing baggy shirts, but after a while, I just embraced it.

Of course I got many stares and rumours were spread, but I didn't care. I was able to have an amazing baby with the help of my boyfriend, Daniel.

I was waiting at the entrance of the university for Daniel, like I did everyday. Like usual, I had all my work in my hand, trying to memorize terms for a test or assignment when I saw him enter the campus b

Daniel earned many stares from students. You rolled your eyes as the girls tried to flirt with him, but it would always make things better since Daniel only had eyes for me. He smiled widely as he took my hand and we walked into the Campus grounds.

Daniel saw the books in my hand and took them away from me. "Your back is going to hurt from all this books. Let me carry them.. besides I've been wanting to talk to you, (Y/N).."

I smiled as I looked at Daniel. "Sure. What is it?" Daniel took a deep breath but before he could say anything, the bell rang. I sighed as I grabbed my books. "Sorry, jagi. I have class. Let's talk about whatever you had to say at home. Okay?" I kissed his cheek goodbye and left to class.

I made it to class and saw one me of my friends, Jawahir. I smiled as she saved me a seat in the packed lecture hall. "Hey (Y/N)... the little baby is growing, huh? How many months left..?"

I sighed as shrugged my shoulders. "Soon.. I've just been so busy with school, you know.." Jawahir patted my shoulder in comfort. "Don't work yourself to hard.. think about the baby's health too.." before I could say anything, the teacher arrived and the lecture began.

After classes, Jawahir and I walked around campus a bit before I headed back home. We were talking when we heard Daniel's name.

"Omg! Kang Daniel is soooo hot"
"I know! We must be lucky. We someone with idol looks everyday!"
"Does he have a girlfriend? I think I'm gong to go ask for his number!"

My blood boiled as I looked in the direction to see my boyfriend and his friends on the field, playing soccer. He glanced over and saw me.

I smiled as he ran over to me and gave me a kiss. "Ready to to home, jagiya?" I smirked at the girls as I nodded.

As we were waking home, I noticed Daniel was fidgeting. I rose my eyebrows in curiosity as I asked.

"Daniel... are you okay? You still haven't you told me your what you were going to say yet? Is it something important?"  I noticed Daniel scratch the back of his neck as he laughed it off.

" It's really... it's not important. Besides you're happy here, right? I shouldn't take that away from you..". I laughed a bit as Daniel looked at me in confusion

"Yah, Kang Daniel.. I know you're lying. You scratch the back of your neck when you lie. Just tell me... I won't be mad or anything.. we've been dating for years. I think I'll understand."

I saw Daniel take a deep breath as he played with his fingers. "The thing is....I don't want you to go to school when you're this pregnant with our baby.. I can take care of you until the baby is old enough. You can do online courses if you still want to go to school. I talked to you professors already."

My eyes widened at what Daniel. "But... I want to be independent... I need to go to school everyday. Online may not be the same.." Daniel shook his head as he took my hand in his. "Being independent doesn't mean not asking for help. I wanna help you (Y/N)... please..". I sighed as I looked at Daniel. "I'll think about it.."

The next day, I was with Jawahir in the library when I felt pain in my stomach and head. Jawahir asked if I was okay, but before I could say anything, everything went black.

After a while, I woke up in small white room. As I stood up in bed, I saw Daniel sleeping next to me in a chair. I smiled as I kissed his cheeks. He woke up slowly and saw me awake.

"(Y/N)! Are you okay? Does anything hurt? Do you need me to call the doctor?" I laughed a bit as I shook my head. Daniel let out a sigh of relief as I took his hand. "Daniel... if it's okay with you.. I think I going to stay home for a while.. will that be okay.."

I saw as Daniel smiled widely as he pulled me into a gentle kiss. "Of course. And remember, call me whenever you need anything baby... okay?"
