It's was past midnight. I was sitting at home, finishing a paper when I heard the door open. I saw Daniel walk in wihtoubtsgain a word. I got up and looked at him. "Why'd you come home late? This is your tenth time in a row. Is something up?"

Daniel let out a groan as he sat down. "Not now (Y/N), I'm not in the mood for arguing.." I raised my eyebrow at what he said. "Since when did me asking about your wellbeing become arguing? What the hell is going on Daniel?"

Daniel stood up and ran his fingers through his hair. "Nothing! I'm stressed okay? It's not easy being an idol!" I scoffed as I pointed to the mountain of books and papers behind me. "It's not easy being a student either! I have 4 exams and papers to get ready for and I'm barely getting any sleep!"

Daniel just laughed and threws his hands up. "Well who's fault is that?" My eyes widened at what he said. I felt tears falling down my face and my chest starting to feel heavy. Daniel realized what he said and stepped closer to me. " (Y/N), I'm sorry. You know I didn't mean that.." I shook my head and grabbed my laptop and put all my books into my bag.

"You clearly think I'm a nuisance, so I'll leave. I think the fame has gotten to your head. So let's just break up, Mr. Big shot. It's not the first time you've acted like that." I put my jacket on and left the house. I was contemplating on where to go until I got a phone call.

It was my older brother, Minhyun. I answered it and was greeted by my brother yelling. "Yah (Y/N), where are you!? Daniel told me what happened. You can't just wander of at 2 in the morning! What if something happens to you!?" Before I could answer, I felt someone grab me and pull me into a car. My brother kept on asking if I was there when a man turned my phone off.

In the light of the moon, I got a clear view of the men in the car. They were all staring at me with their hungry eyes. I felt scared and the only word that came out of my mouth was 'Daniel'. They laughed and tried to pull me on one of their laps. I pushed away and tried to slap him, but the others grabbed my wrists. I shut my eyes tight and wished for a miracle to happen... and it did.

The door was pried open. The men started yelling but soon became silent. I slowly opened my eyes to see Daniel, heavily panting. Once he saw me, he pulled me away from the men's grips and told me to run. After a while, I started feeling tired. Daniel noticed and picked me up bridal style.

He looked at me and smiled. "I'm sorry about earlier  (Y/N). The thing is.. I wanted to surprise you. Remember what you said a couple weeks ago? About your ideal type?" I looked up at the sky and tried to remember what I said until it finally came back to me...

[FLASHBACK]

I was watching EXO's special stage for 'Ko Ko Bop' and smiled to myself. Daniel walked in and looked at the TV. "What are you watching?" I glanced over at him  and went back to the show. "Inkigayo. Wow, EXO Kai has a great physique! I guess you get that after dancing everyday for years.."

Daniel looked at me and pulled me into his lap. "What about me? Don't I have great physique?" I laughed a bit and gave him a small peck on his lips. "You're too cute to be sexy. And that's what I love about you.."

[FLASHBACK OVER]

I looked back at Daniel who was looking down as he walked. " I wanted it show you that I could be sexy too... that I could be better looking than Kai from EXO. So I have been working out everyday after practice to show you but I guess the stress got to me and I let it out on you. I'm sorry.."

I stared at Daniel for a bit before grabbing the back of his neck and pulling him into a passionate kiss. "Kang Daniel, I love you more than any other idol in the world. I don't care if you have the physique of Kai or Gukjoo. I believe that you are perfect the way you are."

Daniel smiled as we finally reached it shared home. "Weeellll.." Daniel opens the door and closed it with his foot. He ran upstairs to our room with me still in his arms and laid me down on our bed. He took of his shirt as he lied down on top of me and game me his killer smiles before asking me a question...

"Want me to show you what I've been working so hard on for the last couple of weeks?"
