I don't know whether I should write Seongwoo or Sungwoo but I'll just write Seongwoo because that's what's written in almost every one of his profiles

I sighed looking at the time. 10 am. Half an hour before Seongwoo has to play and I'm just near the boys locker room to give him his soccer jersey.

Seongwoo has been my friend since we were in kindergarten. I've known him all my life and I know everything about him, like how forgetful he is. Likewise, Seongwoo knows almost everything about me. What he doesn't know, is how I feel for him.

I smiled to myself at the thought of our friendship, but sighed as it was just a friendship. "What's with the sad face? Don't tell me you're sad that you couldn't see me at all today?" I looked towards the door and saw Seongwoo, his chest fully exposed.

My eyes widened as I turned away. "YAH! WHY ARE YOU SHOWING UP LIKE THAT?" I heard him laugh "Okay, we'll give me my jersey and you won't have to." I threw the jersey to him, using my other free hand to cover my eyes.

"You can look now." I opened my eyes to see him fully dressed in his soccer uniform. "Why do you always forget your jersey? It's the most important part of your uniform.."

Seongwoo smiled and ruffled my hair. "But you're always there to give it to me. That's what I love about you (Y/N)." I felt my heart beat faster and looked down. Seongwoo smiled at my flustered actions.

"Hey, you know what today is?" I looked up and shook my head. Seongwoo poured and playfully hit my arm. "It's my hundredth game, which is also my hundredth win." I smiled and poked his arm. "You haven't won yet. Besides, what does that have to do with me?"

He smiled and leaned in closer. "Remember, in the fourth grade, you said if I win a hundred games, you would grant me any wish I want. I'm going to get my wish today." I playfully rolled my eyes. "And what's your wish? I treat you to dinner?"

Seongwoo was about to speak when his teammates called him. "Yah, Seongwoo. That games about to start. You know how coach is at the start of a game." Seongwoo nodded and looked back to me. "I'll tell you later. Just be here to watch my win." You saw him run off to the field and looked up to the sky. You closed you eyes and held your hands together. "Please let it not me a date with a girl. Please." I opened my eyes and saw the game was about to start. I went back to my seat and watched it.

It was the last 5 seconds and Seongwoo's team had to get a penalty shot in to win. I saw him go up to the ball and I crossed my fingers. He kicked the ball and it went straight into the net. I, along with other students from my school got up and screamed. I saw Seongwoo for a brief second and I could've sworn that he winked at me, but I shook it off.

It was after the game and I was waiting outside the locker room for Seongwoo so we could walk home. Everyone was probably gone by now and I groaned. I went and knock on the door. "YAH, Ong Seongwoo! Hurry up, I'm tired and I want to go home. Seongwoo!" I kept on knocking until the door quickly opened. I lost my balance and fell into someone. I looked up and saw Seongwoo smiling at me.

I let go and straightened my jacket. I looked at him and lightly punched his arm. "Congratulations. So what's your wish, Mr. Hundred Wins?" Seongwoo smirked and looked down at me. " I want to go on a date with a girl." I felt my heart break and nodded sadly. "Sure, whatever. Who's the girl?"

Seongwoo grabbed my shoulders and put me against the lockers. He leaned in, his arms at both sides of my body. "You. I want go out with you. Not as friends, as a couple. So what do you say (Y/N), can you give your best friend a chance to make you fall in love?"

I just smiled, tears about it come out of my eyes. I grabbed his collar and kissed him like I've always wanted to. After a while, we broke the kiss. "You don't have to worry about making me fall in love with you... I already have."
Seongwoo smiled and pecked my lips once more. "So is that a yes?" I nodded and we walked home, hand in hand and our hearts intertwined.
