Park Jihoon and Park Woojin - Best Friend

I smiled as I held his hand. He did the same. I looked up at the boy that I've been dating for the last 6 months. Park Jihoon. He's always been the type of person that was always there for me.

It all started about a year ago when I was running late for class. I was told to stand outside with my hands raised when a boy came by later doing the same punishment. From that day, we've been inseparable. First as friends, now as a lovers.

The time was almost 9 pm. We were heading to his friend, Jisung's house for a party. Everyone in our entire grade was there and it would be the first time that I'd meet Jihoon's other friends.

I looked up at him and smiled to myself. "Jihoon, what are your friends like?"  He looked down at me and sighed. "Well, they're crazy that's for sure. But I know they'll love you. They've been dying to meet you. In fact, there's one now."

I looked over at what Jihoon was looking at and saw a tall male standing at the door of a house. We walked up and the boy smiled and waved at Jihoon. "Hyung! What took so long? The party's just getting good!" Jihoon chuckled and patted the boy on his back. "Relax, Guanlin. Besides, I was taking my time with my amazing girlfriend"

Guanlin looked at me and held his hand out. "It's nice to meet you. Aizlinn, right? Pretty name for a pretty girl." Jihoon playfully punched Guanlin. "Don't flirt with my girlfriend."

He looked back at me before giving me a quick peck on my cheek. "I'm going to say hi to the other boys. Why don't you go talk to your friends?" I nodded and broke away front the two boys. I was looking around for my friends but I didn't notice someone else's gaze on me.

[Woojin's POV]
'Wow' I thought to myself. All this time, I thought Aizlinn was pretty but she was beautiful. It pained me to see she was with my best friend. Sungwoon came over to me and sighed. "Yah, you know that you shouldn't stare at Jihoon's girlfriend. And besides, you need to give up on her, Woojin. She's happy. And isn't her happiness what you care about?"

I nodded and nervously bit the inside of my cheek. I took a sip from my drink when I heard Daniel announce that everyone's going to be playing a game. I followed Sungwoon downstairs when I saw Aizlinn and Jihoon together.

[Aizlinn's POV]
You saw Daniel take a slip of paper out of a SnapBack. "Okay guys, whatever game we play is on this slip of paper. It is......Spin the Bottle!" There were mixed reactions in the room. Mostly cheering with groans from some couples.

I shrugged my shoulder until I saw someone staring at me. Woojin. Once he caught my gaze, he looked down flustered. When he looked back again, I flashed him a smile before turning my attention to the game a sit started.

After a few rounds, the bottle was passed to Woojin. He nervously put it down and spun it. It spinned for a while before stopping at me. I looked around flustered before looking at Woojin.

Daniel nervously laughed " Wow, guess you got to-" His line was cut off as soon as Woojin put his lips on mine. I was about to push him off, but I couldn't. One, he was too strong and two, it felt right. More right than with Jihoon.

Seconds later, Jihoon pulled Woojin off and punched him in rage. "What the hell!? You could've spun again, but you kissed my girlfriend!? What kind of best friend are you?!"

Woojin wiped the blood coming from his lip and glanced at Jihoon. "What kind of best friend are you!? You took the girl that I loved for years away from me! What I did was something I've been wanting to do for the last 3 years!"

Not less than a minute later, a huge fight broke out between the two. Everyone in our grade, expect the other boys and me, left to give us space. Sungwoon and Guanlin cut in the middle and pulled the two apart.

I felt hot tears streaming down my face. "Stop! Just...stop!" All the boys looked at me as I continued. "I don't want to come in the way of your friendship..." I glanced over at Jihoon and Woojin, who were crying as well.

"Jihoon, I'm sorry, but if breaking up gets your best friend back, than....let's break up. Woojin, I'm sorry for never noticing your feelings from the start. It was selfish of me.....I'm sorry" My tears were becoming more noticeable to the boys. I put on a fake smile and bowed quickly "It was nice to meet you all" I climbed up the stairs and ran out of the house.

I was on my way home, not knowing the time as my phone had died. I felt like I was being followed so I quickened my pace. It wasn't until I heard someone call my name.

"Aizlinn!!"
