"No no no! I'm late.. great!" I zoomed through the streets on my bike as I glanced at the city hall's clock tower. My class started ten minutes ago and I woke up late, due to my study habits.

I finally made it to campus as I saw humans and vampires talking with one another. I smiled as I greeted people, still rushing to class.

Once I made it to my lecture hall, I slowly entered only to see the professor still not there. I sighed as I tried to find a seat. I looked around and quietly cursed in my mind as the only seat available was beside the Prince of Vampires aka the Ice Prince, Park Jihoon.

I walked over and plopped down in the chair, earning some stares and whispered from around the room. I couldn't hear all of them but played with my phone as I overheard a few.

"Omg, (Y/N) is sitting next to the Ice Prince!!"
" Really?! She's dead! I've never heard good things come out of his mouth!"
"No way! I'm proud of her! She's teaching him a lesson! Who does Park Jihoon think he is, acting like he owns the place?"
"Yeah! Good for her!"

I smiled at the comments as I glanced over at Jihoon, who was staring st my neck with wide eyes. I felt conscious as I covered my neck with my hand, only to have it removed by Jihoon's strong grip.

I glared at him as everyone stared at us. "What do you think you're doing?" Jihoon just blinked and pointed at my neck. "That mark.. why do you have that mark? Is it a tattoo? No, it looks to realistic.. then again, no one knows.."

I looked at him in confusion as I rolled my eyes. "It's called a birthmark. I've had it since I was born. Besides, is cute. It looks like a little heart.."

Before Jihoon could answer, the professor came in and started class. I began to focus and forget about Jihoon but my mind kept on getting drawn to why he was so interested in my birthmark . "Is he mental or something? Nah.. must be his ego going to his head.."

[JIHOON'S POV]

I bursted into my mansion as I called for my butler. He rushed in and bowed as he looked at my disheveled state. "Master, what ever is the problem? Could it be.. the dreams have come true?"

I nodded as e gave me a glass of water. After I chugged the drink down, I looked at him "Bring the sages to me.. they are the only ones who can tell me if the prophecy has come true or not.."

The butler nodded as I walked into my library. I sat down in one of the chairs as three old men dressed in white came in. I stood up and bowed as they sat down.

"Young Prince... we've heard of your dilemma.. please describe the shape of the mark.." I nodded as I recalled what (Y/N) had said.

"It's in the shape of a heart.. on the right side of her neck.. she's also the one I've been seeing in my dreams. Is she the one?"

The sages looked at each other and talked for a bit before facing me with a smile. "She is the one master... but to be sure that her feelings are real.. have her wear this necklace as her true feelings reveal.."

I slowly smiled as I was give a necklace with a sun and star pendant. "Tomorrow... (Y/N) will be my princess.."

[YOUR POV]

I walked around campus with a couple of friends of mine when I saw Jihoon walking toward me. "May I please talk to (Y/N) in private please?" I saw as my friends hesitated for a bit, but nodded as I followed Jihoon to the campus garden.

As I smelled the different flowers, I felt Jihoon put a necklace on me. It turned around and saw him smile for the very first time. "(Y/N).. you are my fated soulmate.. it's you.." I looked at my fingers before shaking my head. "But I don't see the red thread. How can we be soulmates?"

Jihoon stepped closer and pointed at the pendant on he necklace, which was now glowing. "It's a different prophecy, for vampire royalty to find their soulmate who will rule along side them. It's you.. and I've known for a while. What about you? Are you okay with this.."

I felt my cheeks become hotter as I laughed a bit. "Well, my parents did say I was a princess. And I guess my feelings for you have been mixed. But with the chance I'm giving you, It'll hopefully blossom into something more beautiful."

We both laughed as I played with the necklace. "So, what does the pendant symbolize?"

Jihoon smiled as he caressed the pendant with one hand and held my hand with the other. "It symbolizes eternal love.. the sun is the centre of the solar system and stars are around it constantly.....

You are the centre if my world and I will constantly be by your side.."
