Hating on Band Member's Girlfriends (18/08/17)

So I said I'd do a separate post about this because I figured it'd be better to do it this way than stick it in the list because it gives me more space to write about it here.

So as previously stated within The Dislike List (previous part of this bio), I have a lot of problems with people that hate on band member's girlfriends.

To start off, I wanna just say that nothing about this kinda behaviour is ok. Whether it's towards the girlfriend or boyfriend or towards the band members, some other celebrity or anyone in general, this is not ok.

I've stopped looking at the majority of comments on some people's Instagram because it's just out of hand.

Granted, it's not as bad as it used to be but that stuff is still evident and it's just unpleasant.

It's just so sad to see what some people say towards people, especially lead singer's girlfriends.
I haven't really seen anything boyfriend wise because the majority of people I follow are male and have girlfriends.

As an example, Juliet still gets hate because she's with Andy.
They're happy together so back off.
The stuff I've seen people post in her comments section, calling her things such as a whore, are fucking disgusting.
These are real people that you're saying this too; everyone has feelings and it's not nice to receive hate, let alone receive it because of who you're with.

I made a post about this kinda thing on Instagram a few months back because of something I saw on here in someone's story.
I'll screenshot my post and put it in here because it explains it a lot better than I can now and I can't remember what I said.

This specific thing that made me post that though was just fucking sick and it's honestly upsetting.

Can you imagine how Andy feels when he sees this kind of thing directed at the person he loves and wants to spend the rest of his life with?
Can you seriously imagine it? It wouldn't be nice for him and it's certainly not nice for her to receive this shit because someone thinks she's worth nothing and 'holding him back'.

It's honestly just a disgusting display of human jealousy and society in general.

The majority of people that actually post this kind of thing are twelve-year-old girls who think they have a chance with these people.
Wake the fuck up and see that you have literally no fucking chance with these people.
(We'll keep using Andy and Juliet as the examples seeing as that's where I see it most.)
Do you seriously think Andy's just gonna leave his wife for you?
You're not even fucking legal!
Shit, he's seven years older than me, so what makes these twelve-year-old girls believe that he'll go for them? He's like, fifteen years older!

But seriously.
You don't control who loves who. There're reasons people fall in love and why should someone dictate what they do with their lives?
It's their life, not yours, so why do you think you can control it?

It's so fucking wrong.

On another note, when it comes down to hating on the actual band members, I have a few things to say about this as well.

So my favourite example is what happened with Jacoby Shaddix a few years back and even recently.

Jacoby has had voice problems. He's had to have surgery a couple of times.
A few years ago (about three possibly) Papa Roach had to cancel and reschedule their tour because Jacoby needed to get surgery on his vocal chords and it had to be immediate because otherwise it would get worse and he probably wouldn't have ever sung again.

So keep in mind that they rescheduled.

When they announced this was happening, there was a bit of a very harsh backlash from these so called 'fans' of the band.
Jacoby was getting fucking death threats over the cancellation of the remainder of the tour.
Death threats.
What the actual fuck?
These people call themselves fans and then proceed to hate on these band members for something that's out of the person's control. They rescheduled and you still do this??

Now recently Jacoby had to get surgery again for his vocal chords and there was another hard hit of backlash because they had to reschedule the remainder of the tour.

Some of the comments I read were so fucking rude.
You don't know the full situation so back the fuck off.
It's his damn health and no matter what line of work you're in, health and family comes first no matter what. You have no idea what goes on in someone else's life.

Apparently though these fucking people don't get that. They think these people are robots; celebrity robots that do everything they say to do.

Sorry but you're dead wrong kids.

Everyone is human. Musicians and celebrities are human.
They do what we do.
They eat, they sleep, they even fuck other people (not you twelve-year-old motherfucking haters).
They're humans, not robots.

Just keep that in mind before you go and hate on someone's post.
