Slipknot are pretty cool; Corey Taylor is also fucking boss as hell. If you don't listen to them then totally do. Personally I prefer Slipknot to StoneSour (Corey's other band). But that's just my opinion.

These guys are fuckin' rad man. Such a talented group of guys and they really don't get enough credit or recognition. Let's be real here; Charlie Scene is where it's at. They're just so cool and fun and I can't wait for their new album in a couple months. They're also an incredible band live so yes; check them out.

So these guys, though they're not number 1, will always have a very special place in my heart. They were the first band I listened to within this scene/genre and I absolutely adore they're stuff. They're talented and make punk worth listening to. Their latest album is one of their best in my opinion and their earlier stuff is amazing as well.
