I Know, But This' Exciting! (20/08/18)

Ok, ok, I get it. I know that I haven't yet finished the updates on Recommended Songs for Recommended Bands, but I've gotta talk about this and so I'm typing it out so I have it all written down so I don't forget anything! Not that anyone's really looking at my recommendations but that's not the point or care right now.

So excited just thinking about this.

But before I get into what I wanna talk about, I just wanted to give everyone a quick update on my health seeing as some of you were genuinely concerned when I posted about it a couple parts back.

First off, I do thoroughly appreciate the support and so relieved that people understand why I haven't been around as much as I'd like to. Obviously this kinda thing is rather personal to me but you guys deserve a bit more of an in-depth know because you're all supportive and it might make me feel better being able to actually say something about it since mum is literally the only one I can really talk to about this shit because my best friend lives eight hours away.

Just so you know, this' quite personal and very hard for me to actually get out there but I'll try to make it quick. Main reason I don't like putting this stuff up is because I don't want people to view me differently, if that makes sense. My best friend didn't even know what I was talking about when I told him what'd happened yesterday and I could've sworn he knew. Anyway, that aside. Also, this is my bio so...my rules of what I wanna talk about...?

This won't be a regular thing but I feel like you guys may need an update and if you or anyone you know is having health issues of any kind, hopefully this helps make you feel a bit better in some way, knowing that someone else out there is struggling through something that people can't physically see.

Once again, gonna try keep this short to get onto the real cool shit.

So I got really sick back at the start of 2012; a subject I don't really like talking about, as stated above. I'm a very private person when it comes down to these kinds of things.

Basically, it took them over a year to diagnose what was actually wrong and so the last five-ish years haven't been the best, as they didn't find out what it was until roughly the start of 2013. Spent over four weeks in the hospital etc.etc.

But the past few weeks I was having issues again and they did some tests and stuff on the Wednesday just gone (15/08/18) and turns out it's flared up again which is why I was having problems. So basically after all the hard work I've put into getting myself back from it all over the past five-ish years, it's all kinda gone backwards and I'm very unhappy about it.

Was told on Friday when we spoke to the doctor that she was gonna put me straight into hospital on Wednesday to keep me monitored and whatnot but then decided that it wouldn't be a good move on my mental health. So all in all, back on stupid meds that I managed to be taken off last November and part of the problem with these specific meds is that they cause very bad joint pain and also have a risk of increasing depression.

But anyway, I have the next week off work because the doctor told me to, so here's to resting and trying to get myself back up from being kicked down! Yet again.

I hope this' enough to make you guys not worry too much. I love you all and I'm always here if you're going through something, no matter what it is. If I was typing this out on my iPod, I would include a kissy face. Might have to go back and add it in once it's published. Keep a lookout for the face, as it'll show when I've edited it up.

Now, onto the excitingly cool shit.

Ok, so a while back I was writing about doing backstories for some of my story characters, whether they're OCs or not, and since I've been doing a lot of stuff for my A7X series and I said that I was going to do at least one backstory for this one. Did I ever actually mention whose backstory I was gonna do? Give me a minute and I will check.
