Least Favourites, By Favourites (19/01/18)

Hello, hello.

How are we?
Yes I know I've already updated this like, less than 30mins ago, but I haven't been very active on here recently in general and I wanted to let people know that I'm still around even if I haven't been updating.

Before we continue, I wanna say sorry that I haven't been updating. I'd like to explain myself very briefly and I know this happens a bit but please, hear me out.

I have been incredibly stressed recently due to a few things, mainly fucking wrestling (which lets be honest, is the core of all my stress most of the time; Finn Bálor and AJ Styles are the ones keeping me sane at the moment. Finn's tweets make my life not gonna lie. Light of my life).

I'm also making plans to move out of home and get down to Melbourne where I can train more than once every fortnight and whatnot and it's stressing me out trying to figure things out for that.

I had a complete breakdown on Wednesday when I got home and I've just been feeling very bad over the past few weeks because of everything which in turn means that I've been doing fuck all in the way of anything.

Put it this way, when I'm home by myself, I end up sitting in front of the T.V. for hours and actually don't care that I end up watching Dr. Phil and Bondi Vet, and I don't even like Bondi Vet!

I have lost a lot of hope in a lot of things and I am generally unhappy. Normally I try not to bring this specific detail about myself and my life into this stuff, I've kept it very private, but you all have the right to know the reasons that things are happening the way they are.

I have been doing some writing, but it's been for my wrestling story because I have plans for that and even though I have plans for my other stories, I just have zero motivation for pretty well anything recently due to all of this stress and I'm so damn sorry because I feel like I'm letting all of you down, all of the people that read my stuff and I'm so sorry :(
I said not long ago that I was back to updating and I only delivered that once and I feel like I've let everyone down so fucking much and I'm so sorry.

On that note, I would also like to take this time to say a big thank you to everyone who has stuck by me this whole time, whether reading my stuff or taking the time to talk to me and whatnot. Just the fact that you guys give me so much support means the world to me. The fact that you guys even just give me a bit of thought to tag me in stuff or message me and comment or whatnot means so much because I don't have a lot of support outside of this website.

I've made some great friends through this site and I love each and every one of you, even if you just support my works.

So thank you.

Now, with that all said and nearly over 500 words, let's get into this shit and stop feeling sorry for ourselves!

So today I thought I'd be a fucking downer on everyone.

Achievement complete.✔️

I thought I'd do something a bit...different.
I thought I'd share my least favourite albums by my favourite artists.
Different, hey?

Or nah? Like what do you think?

Either way, let's get into it because this is the longest part I've done here for a while!

Artists: Avenged Sevenfold, Black Veil Brides, Papa Roach, Pierce the Veil, Hollywood Undead, Falling in Reverse, In This Moment, Motionless in White.

So let's start with Avenged Sevenfold.
My least favourite album of theirs would easily have to be their first album, Sounding the Seventh Trumpet.
It's not the worst album in the world but it's not the best either.
Waking the Fallen was a massive step up from it.

Next up is Black Veil Brides.
Like A7X, my least favourite of BVB is their more or less first album, We Stitch These Wounds.
Obviously there're some songs I do like, but there are also quite a few that I don't like which is why it's my least favourite. I do listen to select songs, but not the full album very often.

My least favourite of Papa Roach's albums would be their second one from 2002, titled LoveHateTragedy.
Once again, not the worst but not the best.
Select songs, not very often the full album. It's a good album but I have to be in the mood for certain songs on it.
(I'm seeing them live on the 24th and I'm very excited because they hold a special place in my heart).

When it comes to Pierce the Veil, it'd have to be their first one, A Flair for the Dramatic. I rarely listen to this album. It's not that I hate it, I'm just not the biggest fan of the sound.
Like most of my favourite bands, I own all their albums, so this is part of the collection but it's not my favourite.

This is hard to decide with Hollywood Undead because they haven't made a bad album yet!
My least favourite is Swan Songs, though I do listen to it a lot more than my other least favourite albums.
It's a great album just not my favourite.
Also I know I'm gonna get shit for it, but Danny has better vocals that Deuce.
I enjoy Deuce's stuff but prefer Danny as HU vocals.
Normally I don't mess with the HU/Deuce scene because they get really over the top protective (the mentality for most being that you can't like both; us or them), but people bad mouth Danny's ability when they do Swan Songs ones live and tbh, I think he sounds better than Deuce did. I respect him. Not Deuce though. His music isn't bad but his attitude needs to change.

Falling in Reverse. Where do I even begin? Haha, kidding I like them.
My least favourite now would be Fashionably Late, and this' my own fault.
I pretty well played this album to death and now I only listen to select songs because I've heard the album so many times, I can't enjoy it as much.
I did this to myself.

The latest from In This Moment, Ritual, was a let down for me and this' partially why it's my least favourite of theirs. If this album was better, then Beautiful Tragedy would've taken this spot but it didn't.
I just think there's so much more they could've done with Ritual and it didn't hit the mark.
Sorry.

Now the final, Motionless in White.
These guys are the best.
But Creatures. Good, but not the best.
Songs I listen to but rarely full album.

There's this common theme in here and a lot are the bands first albums but people get better over time.
