I waited with my hands in my pocket for Charlie.

I saw her walk towards the office and give me a confused look.

She walked in and I nodded at the lady who works there.

"Here she is." I said placing my arm over her shoulders.

I looked down at her trying to hold in her laughter.

I walked out of the school with her and once we got out she took my arm off of her shoulder.

"What was that?" She asked laughing.

"What?"

"Why the hell did you sign me out of school. How did you even do that you're not my parent." She said

"Those ladies don't care. I told em that I was your dad and she didn't even look up at me once." I told her.

I opened the car door for her and waved my arm for her to enter.

She playfully shoved me as she got into the car.

I got into the other side.

"So there's this party that's tonight and someone's gonna be there." I told her.

She looked at me shocked.

"He's gonna be there?" She asked me.

"Oh yes that handsome fellow named, uh what's his name I forget?" I asked laughing.

"So were going now?" She asked me ignoring my pervious statement.

I nodded.

"I figured I'd take you home for you to get your girl stuff or what ever you need for a party." I said turning a corner and pulling the car into her drive way.

We both got out of the car.

"You want me to wait here or?" I asked

"No come in." She said grabbing my hand and pulling me through the doors.

I looked around at the house yet again.

"Mom?" She called out.

I saw her mom turn around a corner and smile at the sight of Charlie.

"Hey Charlie." She said pulling her into a hug.

"Mom this is James we have a uh test on Monday and were going to go back to his place to study." She said looking up at me.

"Oh okay." She said walking back into the kitchen.

Charlie laughed and pulled me up the stairs to her room.

She told me to sit down so I sat down on her bed and kicked my feet up.

"What time do we have to leave?" She asked me opening her closet and looking around.

"Eh about twenty minutes." I said whistling to myself.

"What should I wear?" She asked me.

"Anything." I said shrugging

She pulled a dress off the hanger.

"Tell me what you think of this one." She said going into her bathroom to change.

I laughed at how worked up she was getting over a dress.

"Okay I'm ready." She said a couple minutes later.

"Come on out then we don't have all day."

-okay so tomorrow is my solo eek save me~
