Chapter 7

Dan's POV
We start filming and by now, as it is with all of our baking videos, you can expect the worst.

"Hello internet" I say, explaining what we're about to be doing "today we also have a very special guest with us... and no it isn't just Phil"

"Yeah, Dan ACTUALLY has another friend. I know right!?!"

"Heyyy! Anyhow... Introducing... Y/N Lester from Y/Y/N (Your Youtube Name)!!" I say as me and Phil point to the empty space in between us

"SURPRIZE, SURPRIZE!!" Y/N shouts as she pops into frame, "Hey, Howell,"

"Hey, Lester?"

"So your only other friend is your best friend's sister? Sad life" she says sarcastically, as her main friends are her bestfriend and her best friend's brother

There's a short pause as she looks into the camera until we all burst out into laughter.

"If you couldn't tell we're a little loopy as we're filming this really late at night.. also known as really early in the morning" I chuckle

"Also known as 2am" Phil adds

~Time skip to the middle of baking because I'm lazy~

Y/N's POV

It got quiet. I was mixing a bowl of dry ingredients while Dan put the icing in the pipes. Phil went to go get something in one of the bags he left in the lounge.

I look at the flour sitting on the counter in front of me, then at Dan facing the other way, and at the camera with an idea.

I grab a sprinkle of flour

"Hey Howell!"

"Hey Les-" I cut Dan off mid sentence with a face of flour. A face of shock underneath

"Oh no you didn't" he grabs a piping bag of pink frosting

"NO!!" I shout as he chases me around the counter. When I stop and turn to face him, he grabs me by my wrists and pins me to the side of the fridge.

"I surrender! No! NO!" I squirm and giggle

"Too late." He looks me in the eyes for a good two seconds before piping the side of my cheek with pink frosting

"What the- ?!" Phil drops the tray he was holding in the sight of a messy Dan and I

"Ugh. Kids these days..." He says walking right past us and shaking his head as me and Dan continue looking like guilty children.

When Phil turns around I whisper in Dan's ear. Time for a new plan. Dan gets an egg from the fridge in one hand and flour in the other. I also grab a pinch of flour and the plan is in session

We walk up to Phil
Dan drops the egg and it smashes
Like clockwork-
Phil spins around to see what the noise was
And BAM!! Paler than he already was

"OHHH! High five!" Dan yells. Satisfied in our success

"You guys make a better team than I expected... or even wanted"

Me and Dan smile at the camera. I think so too... I just hope Dan agrees

When the video's over, I finish off my vlogg for the day and set up camp to sleep in the office.

What a day...
