(The next day)
It's hard to describe your feelings for someone
Not because you can't find the right words. Unfortunately, every word you can think of comes rushing to your brain reminding you of the situation your own heart put you in.
But it's hard to describe your feelings for someone when your tearing yourself apart with every word.
And you push it to the back of your head
And you never say it out loud
-because it'll make it that much harder
You think if you just ignore it and tell everyone something different, you'll start to believe it too
But it doesn't work that way. Because if it did, you wouldn't be dealing with the same problem and the world wouldn't be against you.
Because life wants you to drown in how funny, charming, sweet, hilarious, and reliable someone is before it rips the ground out from under you.
And you remember you're still the same bitch
And they can never love you
