Dan's POV

That was one of the most memorable kisses out of these three months. I couldn't imagine what I'd do if we never became an "us". What if I had missed the opportunity to kiss her?

But the 'what if's didn't matter. And I was the happiest I had ever been. Not to mention- It was funny watching everyone's reaction.

Joe finally realized what we were doing
Alfie was- surprised maybe? Hard to read his face
Tanya was incredibly happy for us. Especially y/n.

Now that I think of it, Tanya and Jim are like the Aunt and uncle of the friend group. Adorable.

Phil walked away and pretended to vomit- gotta love the guy. Although in the moment I knew he was just joking, I really did hope he WAS more than okay with all of it. Anyways- he fake vomited after Zoe's reaction. Speaking of which:

at first she was very excited for us. But then- there came the question that unraveled it all.

"Why isn't he freaking out?"

"Whaaaaaat...?" I said in a very high pitched voice

"This means you're actually dating right?" She asked for clarification

"Maybe." I answered quickly before burying my face into Dans chest until my blush calmed.

"Yeah. They are." Phil replied, "I already knew. They wanted make sure I was okay with it first." He continued to explain.

"Oh! Haha!! Well that makes sense why they told you. If it was anyone else I'd be pissed." She said while laughing.

"WELLIMGONNAGONOW" Joe yelled before running out of the room quickly.

sh*t.

"Does everyone know?! Am I gonna call up Louise and tell her news she's already heard of?!"
"Yes." Dan answered
"you little-"
"AH!"

One pillow fight later accompanied by some talking and we were all cool. Zoe is someone who'll always have my back. Gotta love the girl.

After Tanya, Jim, and Alfie left. The others and I, all fell asleep in the living room

Me and Dan stayed up for a while

"Am I the only one who really wants Ice cream?" Dan spoke up out of nowhere

I closed my laptop and faced him, "God, you're perfect."

He chuckled and we both went to the kitchen.

"What flavor? Chocolate or vanilla?" I asked

"Vanilla."

"Wow. Not so perfect after all." I fake sighed as I put the two tubs on the counter. Before I even knew it, Dan pulled me by my waist and pinned my arms against the cold doors.

"What did you just say?!"
"You really like pinning me against the fridge, huh?"
"Maybe... NOT THE POINT. what did you say?"
"If you picked vanilla over chocolate, than I guess I take back what I said about you being perfect" I said with a shrug

"How rude~" he whispered, realizing we shouldn't wake the others from their peaceful sleep, and leaned down to kiss me. Needless to say, we made out for the next minute until we pulled away. At which point, I started to laugh

"Things really do escalate quickly with you, Howell."
"Just you wait, Lester." He replied with a wink before we both walked back to the counter. We got our ice cream and then *clinkt* them together as I did a satisfactory sigh...

"Perfect." theeeen we fell asleep in the living room
