Watching the two middle aged love birds in front of him, Avery didn't know whether to feel jealous or a tinge disturbed. He hadn't processed the information yet and was simply analysing the interaction between husband and wife that sat in front of him. One could say that he wished his life to be so rosy and full of love when he turned forty five. Watching on a slight jealousy, his mind began processing what had previously been said between the loving couple.

"Orion? As in Orion Lukenlore? The superstar? The one who supposedly rules the showbiz world and tops the business world? You are kidding, right? Shion got together with that high profile guy!" Avery exclaimed.

Shion's parents have expressions as if it were perfectly normal to be friends with someone of such high calibre. They both shrugged with expressions of nonchalance. Aver had met Orion only once during Shion's farewell party. He was over the moon that an internationally acclaimed star was willing to come to one crummy farewell party. He'd learnt later that they used to be classmates, but learning that said star was his friend boyfriend was something that sent his head on a totally new level of confusion.

For a moment, he hyperventilated. Last time, he hadn't been able to interact with Orion much. This time he would definitely stalk Shion to the best of his ability.

"I know this is a bit of an odd request, but tonight..." Avery started in a hushed whisper.

Shion's parents leaned in to hear Avery's words. They listened, and when Avery had finished, their eyes gleamed with mischief.

Unlike Avery whose eyes were gleaming with nonsensical thoughts, Orion was shaking his head in frustration trying to get the uncooperative Classara to budge from her stubborn standpoint.

"Classara, do I look like some princess peach waiting to be kidnapped? I can see your father's men outside my apartment ready to do one of two things..." Orion started.

Classara finished Orion's sentence without a second to spare, "Either take you out on a date with me or kidnap you to go on a date with me. We haven't gone out in ages, we need to go out even just for pretence. We can't keep calling each other and pretending that it's a lover's spat. Honestly, how long are lovers' spats meant to last?"

"I don't know. I've never dated anyone before," Orion snapped.

Hearing Orion's previous sentence sent Classara into an uncontrollable fit of giggles, "You're kidding right? The king of silver screen and higher up of the Lukenlore corp. has never dated anyone before? Is that why you've never been the one to set an area for a date?"

"...The first date we went to, you father made us eat at a bright pink table. The second date we went to, your father trapped us in Disneyland with a bunch of freaks, the third date we supposedly went on we were surrounded in the biggest public square in the city that was completely surrounded by your father's men. One our barely existent fourth date, your father urged you to go to a haunted house. We went there and you had to put the preteens and scream like you were scared. You ended up actually being scared and practically destroy the set and beat up the person who was hired to scare you. Then on our latest date, we were told to go out to dinner in a nice restaurant, so we did and your father was sitting in the both behind us listening to our every word. Now you father wants to kidnap me to go on another date with you. You tell me, have I been on a date? I've been on more than a date. I've been on six, bloody torture session being dragged behind as your partner. I have somewhere to be tomorrow, so take care of those men. If I'm even the slightest bit late tomorrow because your father's men interfered with my date, I will hang you on a rope above shark infested waters and hope you get eaten," Orion growled.
