Chapter six

Finn's p.o.v

Fionna's been off lately, I think it's because of fire prince. She also spent her time yesterday with me, and now she's in my house with cake again.

"(sigh) you okay fi?!" I asked her

"no~"

" fire princess is your girl, right?!..why does she spend her time with my prince...than you?!" she asked looking troubled

"don't know fi… I hate seeing FP with him too, but no offense"

"oh c'mon guys! maybe their just getting to know each other" Jake said tryin to comfort us

"you know them, they really are just the kind of people who...wants to... befriend someone their own kind" cake added

"um..can I ask you a little something?"

"yeah, why not" fionna answered

"you datin' fire prince?"

"oh..did I say that? no were not dating (sigh), it's a little disappointing that he won't ask me out. and I don't really assume that he will" she said looking down in her feet

"don't worry I know he will, you will develop and reach each tier but don't you ever.ever go to tier 15, you understand?!" Jake exclaimed..just a few minutes of chatting and giving advices to each other. I heard a loud knock on the door.

"hey Jake, can you answer the door...please~" I pleaded. "I'm too tired to walk."

"okay..fine"

Marceline's p.o.v

I knocked on finn's tree house then Jake quickly answered it.

"hey Marcy!" Jake greeted

"hey..can I hang out for a while?"

"sure, finn's inside!" I flew up while Jake climed up the ladder. where I saw Finn with his swap and a..cat

"hey Finn!"

"hey marmar..oh.oh.oh...before you ask it this is fionna and cake" Finn said

"um..I'm marceline abadeer"

"ohh...sounds awful lot like marshall, does it?" the cat..cake said

"so you must be the vampire queen right!? like marshall..and you killed the previous vampire king..you must be super strong..." fionna said cheerfully

"you did?, did you tell that to me?!" Finn asked

"yeah...you forgot didn't you?"

"I think so, sorry"

"okay~, I'm just gonna find a place to settle"

"the living room is free there's no one there" Jake said

"thanks" I flew towards their living room then hovered near the window.

Marshall's p.o.v

I went to Ooo to visit marceline, since fionna wasn't at their house, I'm sure she's at finn's. I knocked on marceline's door but no one answered. 'why isn't she answering?'. I better go and check on finn's. As I knocked on their door..it took quite long for them to answer. 'it won't be bad if I barge in, right?. the doors open'.

"oh ,hey Jake!" I greeted Jake as soon as I saw him climbing down the ladder.

"hey~"

"sorry, you took quite long to answer the door. so I walked in....and you forgot to close it"

"hey Jake were going first!" I heard fionna shout from above.climbing down.

"oh marshall! your going to the ball right?" she asked

"yup..with marceline I think...is she up there?" I whispered

"yea..she is, hey sugar..is there anything you want to tell us about?!" cake asked making a big grin

"nope, why don't you two...get going?!"

"uh..sure, see you later guys!!" fionna said as she headed outside. as for me, I let myself in. Marceline was in their living room, playing a nice tune with her bass. I flew near her, I think she didn't notice me.

"hey, I'm hard to ignore Marcy" I teased, which made her flinch, then quickly turned her head, facing me. We were only a feet away from each other, it totally made my heart skip a beat!!. she looks prettier when you look at her up close.
