Marshall's p.o.v
(clank!) the sound of a porcelain bowl hitting a metallic utensil woke me up. Hovering and sitting up, I rubbed my eyes to remove the blear, seeing marceline climbing up with a bowl of strawberries.
"did I wake you up?" she asked
"yeah, I think ...so, did you finish looking at the album?" I asked her still feeling a little drowsy
"ahh...no, I don't want to open that one without your permission" she said pointing at the album
"oh this one, why don't we both look at it!" I said playfully, calling her over
"a-are you sure?"
"yeah, come here!" I flirted with a smirk, tapping the bed beside me
"creep!" she muttered staying in her place. When I started to pick up a familiar scent. I flew to the nearest window, peeking outside. I didn't see anyone but I know there's someone outside.

"hey Marshall!, get your butt down here" I heard fionna yell down stairs. As I got down with marceline following behind, cake and fionna was standing right at my door.
"oh. hey fionna!" I greeted her
"Marshall!" she replied excitedly, smiling at me
"hey sugar, don't forget I'm here too....ooh, look who's here baby" cake started
"hey guys" marceline said with a smile
"hangin out you two?" cake asked giving me a big grin
"yup!, so anything you guys want?" I asked leaning on the door
"yeah, our gumball wants us to gather after two days from now. just gonna hang out in the marshmellowy meadows, in broad daylight,..be sure to come sugar"

Marceline's p.o.v
"broad daylight? are they trying to expose us to heat or something?" I suddenly said crossing my arms in my chest
"cake!, sorry marsh. it's actually five in the afternoon. the schedule is especially made for you guys, so you can come. Especially marceline!" fionna giggled looking at cake
Marshall and I stiffened, only taking short glances at each other. "oh" was all we can say making both of them giggle
"so..we gotta run, we still have many things to do....later guys" fionna and cake waved goodbye leaving the two of us hovering in the deck.

"ooh yeah!!" Marshall suddenly exclaimed entering the house and the mark of excitement slowly forming on his face.
"why are you being excited all of a sudden?" I asked him as I leaned on the railing of the deck, crossing my arms
"nothing, just plotting something to get someone's attention!"
"who?"
"it's a secret...so, you comin tomorrow?" he asked me, I only shrugged as an answer, making my way out of his porch at the back.
"where are you going?"
"it's a secret...see you" I quickly flew out of the cave without even taking a glance at him and went directly to the ice kingdom towards the cave. After a minute of flying in the field, I finally reached finn's house. Barging in their house, I flew in their living room only finding them playing cards.
"hey, what are you guys doing?" I asked wrapping my right hand around finn's shoulders
"playing card wars, the one who'll lose will...um, drink the coffee with a dumb sign on the cup. it also means he's dumb, you get it" Jake explained as he floop his husker knights.
"wanna join?" Finn asked me, giving me a big smile
"no, but maybe I'll watch" I said hovering in the side between the two of them, "where do you get this cups?"
"out of nowhere" Jake said laughing in his breath

It's been half an hour already and their still playing card wars. As for me I was hovering behind their couch, playing some tunes and humming. The daylight was so bright and burning, so I stayed here for a while.
"I floop the PIG!!" Finn yelled
"Noooo~, I can't believe this" looks like Jake lost
"ha, drink this doofus!!" Finn yelled, still exultant in his victory
"hey Jake looks like you stopped your obsession about winning card wars!" I said as I flew up a little taking a glance at them as Jake drunk the coffee
"yup!!, but we still have another match~!" he said banging the cup in the table, "if I win, I will be able to ask (whispering) about, anything!"
"game on~" Finn said sarcastically

Jake's p.o.v
I shuffled my deck as Finn shuffled his. I started of by flooping my husker knights, he activated his ancient scholar. After a couple minutes of playing, I'm having a hard time with Finn!, that freaking pig is always on the way. I defeated his ancient scholar to keep him from reviving his pig and...slowly~...I attacked his pig.
"ha! I win!" I yelled slapping finn's hand, making the cards scatter all over the floor
"Dang it!! so what are we gonna ask her?!" Finn whispered to me
"hey marceline!" I shouted calling her over. I looked over at Finn, he was standing beside me, slowly gulping the coffee.
"what now?!" she said, lazily floating towards us
"do you like Marshall lee?!" I said quickly as Finn covered my mouth
"w-what?!, n-no I don't!" she stammered, looking uneasy.
" Finn, I smell something fishy. she's lying!" I whispered
"stop whispering!!" she yelled swinging her ax around
"I'll prove that you do!!" I yell, making myself smaller and hiding in Finns pocket, I know she won't hurt him.
"better not do anything stupid Jake!, not even something you'll regret" marceline said calmly, plopping on the couch
"nah!!, of course I won't, your my best friend" I muttered
"thanks"
