Chapter 1 (Introduction)...

Meet Zainab Abdulalim Abdullahi...

She was born into an extended family in Ilorin,Kwara state Nigeria. Her father wasn't too rich but he was contented with his wealth. Due to her beauty,her step sisters hated her so much and were envious of her but she didn't care because she had a wonderful family that loved her..Suddenly she lost her father to the cold ruthless hands of death and she was left with her siblings to be catered for all by her mother. They had no relative to help them out of their predicament.. Little did she know what her mother would do to her...

Zainab is a 28 years old woman who has been married for the past 5 years..Masha Allah she is a mother to 2 lovely kids - a girl and a boy.. She is an hijabi and is so much of an introvert,a loyal and a faithful wife and mother to the core,she so much cares for her husband..

Meet Mohammed Abdullahi..

Mohammed is zainab's husband and he is 29 years old. He was born into an extended family in Offa,Kwara state..He is a drunkard and he is very promiscuous.. He got married to Zainab because he wanted her to himself. She was the most beautiful hijabi in his neighbourhood, he loved her decency and classiness and wouldn't allow her to be taken by another man but he knew Zainab would never agree to be his wife but he wouldn't mind jeopardising his entire fortune to have her as his wife.. He thought of a brilliant idea ,hoped it would work..To his surprise his plan failed but he married through her another means unexpectedly..

Meet Zainab's first family..
Zainab's father - Mr Abdulalim Ahmad, he was an handsome man who loved his wife very much but he had a problem ,his wife didn't conceive after 8 years of marriage but he remained faithful to his wife ,he was 30 years old when he decided to marry a second wife,he met his second wife at a friend's birthday and right there he fell in love with her, in order not to go into an haram relationship with her,he decided to marry her with or without his wife's consent.
After a year of marriage she was pregnant with twins for him but suddenly Mr Abdulalim Ahmad died..

Zainab's mother - Mrs Hamidah Ahmad,she is a beautiful woman who loves her husband even after his death, she is a 54 years old woman,she is a mother of 3 kids,2 girls and a boy,of which Zainab was the second child,she isn't well educated and so can't write properly but can manage to read though not very well,she was a very hardworking businesswoman who did all she could to send her kids to school and she succeeded...she had an arranged marriage with Mr Abdulalim Ahmad when she was 20 years old and they loved each other after marriage but she didn't give birth until after 8 years of marriage after the second wife gave birth to her twins..She was loved by her husband but her children wasn't treated equally with her rivals' children..They had the freedom to do whatever they liked,they were free to demand for whatever they wanted but reverse was the case for her kids..

Zainab's step mother - Mrs Halimah Ahmad,she was a beautiful woman who married out of love and money..she loved her husband and her rivals' children.. She treated them equally but she died mysteriously after praying zuhr one afternoon..

Zainab's step sisters - Zahara and Zuliyah Ahmad, they are 36 years old and hated their step sisters due to zainab's beauty and the misconceptions they heard from their paternal grandparents about Mrs Hamidah.. They believed Mrs Hamidah was responsible for their mother's death..

Meet Mohammed's family..
Mohammed's father - Mr Abdulquyyum Abdullahi..he was also an handsome man who was very promiscuous and drinks alot..he was a punctual man and wouldn't trade his punctuality for anything.. He had many wives and 25 children ,some he didn't even get know of before his death..He was a little bit responsible and prayerful but his weakness was women..He could sleep with any lady he knew..He died of some unknown illness shortly after the birth of Zainab's second child..

Mohammed's mother - Mrs Nafisah Abdullahi,she was a really beautiful woman but died after suffering from chronic headache ..she had 3 children and Mohammed was her second child..she was very patient and she was very tolerant of Mr Abdulquyyum's bad behaviours till she died..

Mohammed's 1st step mother - Mrs Rukayah Abdullahi, she is a very greedy,wicked and ruthless step mother..she despised Mrs nafisah's kids and treated them badly after their mothers death..she didn't train them morally, spiritually ,emotionally or mentally.. She left them to fend for themselves and brain washed their father.. She was the controller of the house and she moved into nafisah's matrimonial home after her death..she enjoyed with her kids while nafisah's kids were left to suffer... She had 2 children for Mr Abdullahi even tho they were never married..

Mohammed's step brothers and sisters - they are 25 and can't be described because they didn't live with Mohammed and his family.. They had no connection as siblings and didn't care about the family..

Mohammed's siblings - Bashirah and Abdulazeez Abdullahi..They are very self centred and greedy, they are never contented..Their bond with Mohammed is quite weak because they grew up with different relatives..so there was alot of distance and they sort of never liked each other except for Mohammed, he loved his siblings very much..
