I woke up early at 6am and I'm now fixing my things for school. I was kind of excited thinking about moving to the dormitory and have slumber parties with the students whom I'm going to meet.
"Sweetie, are you ready for your first day? Hurry up or you'll be late if you get in after 8" my mom asked
"Yeah, mom I know. It's way to early, I still have 2 hours before class starts" I replied, munching my quaker oats cereal and continued "Are you ready to go to Malaysia with dad?"
From today on, I'll be staying in a dorm at my new school. I was surprised when I heard my mom was going to join my dad overseas. But I'm kinda looking forward to my new life in a dorm because it is the first time I'll be living with people around my age and without my parents
"Mom, where's my uniform?" I asked, glancing at the couch from the living room, noticing there was nothing from there
My mom always puts my uniform on top of the couch before I get changed
"Yeah, about that..." she replied then continued "there was a mistake and it never got delivered, but don't worry! It's being sent to your dormitory" she said while packing her last stuff in her luggage
"What?! What am I going to wear?" I shouted with a shocked tone
"Just put on your old uniform" she said
"But I can't! It was all covered with paint from yesterday"
Right now, all of my uniforms including the one covered in paints is now at the cleaners. Thanks to the bench, the paint was really hard to get off.
I quickly finished my cereal because it'll take me a long time to find what I'm gonna wear. I'm supposed to wear formally so that I don't stand out in school.
I took out some appropriate clothes from my closet and try them one by one.
"I'm off now to the airport sweetie, bye take care!" My mom shouted, loud enough to hear in my room
"Bye mom! Take care! Tell dad I say 'hi' to him" I shouted back.
