Alyn's POV:

Lautner and I looked at each other then we both slowly gazed at Louis and Yu. Our eyes widened from their suspicious expression that was drawn all over of their faces.

Our plan ruined because of Louis' interruption. If he hadn't to confirm it, we wouldn't have to lie more.

"Um" I started to talk "Which party did you go to?" I said as I turned to Lautner. I gestured my hands at her to just go with the flow

"Uh, my female friend from my previous school. Her name's Liana." she replied

Right, now it's my turn to lie

"Wait, you were there? I never saw you!" I pointed at her, acting so surprised

"Maybe, because of the crowd? It was really crowded" she replied

"I never thought you would go to a girl's party. You said you never liked girls, Al" Yu cuts us

Oh shit. Lautner and I looked at each other again, she seems pretty stoned so it's up to me to make a way to get through.

"I came across with an old friend of mine. He forced me to go to his friend's party. He introduced me to Liana" I replied

They both believed in what I said so I walked straight to my room and let out a huge sigh.

Alyn's POV:

few minutes later, it seems like everyone went inside their rooms. I was thinking about what happened earlier, the part where they almost caught us.

I was about to hit the sack but I heard my door knob shaking, like someone's trying to open. Of course, I immediately got out of bed and prepared for a punch.

*Swing* The door opens

"Damn you!" I started to shout as I ran towards the person

*Wosh* he defended himself and quickly grabbed my arm

"Will you be quiet?" a familiar voice spoke. It was Louis.

I stopped attacking and let him enter my room. He turns his back at me, not speaking a word

"Lou?"

"So you two went out together, huh?" he turns his head to me

"How did you know?!" I replied

"Oh come on! I know you since we were kids! It was pretty obvious to me that you're lying" he laughed richly

Okay so I have no choice but to tell him that the girl and I went out.

I nodded of course, then crossed my arms and  looked at the corner "But it was  not a date" I said to him with annoyance

"What? So what was it?"

"Well she forced me to help her with the cleaning duty" I said

"Then?"

"So I helped her" I continued "Since I can't go to school because of my suspension, I helped her at night"

Louis' was relieved after I explained everything to him, he thought that I was just being sly.

He laughed for a moment and says "You've gotta be kidding me!" he continues "I mean I never thought you would easily accept her to do the cleanings with her"

"She threatened me..." I replied slowly

His expression changes and looks at me angrily "What did she say to you?"

I let out a deep breath, She said that she would tell the others about me taking care of a flower"

The room became silent after I told him about it. I never looked at Louis but the floor. As, I finally turn my eyes to him. He looked at me with disappointment

"I think you should keep a distance away from her" he said "She almost found out about your family's secret. She is a threat to you and to the Royal Family of England"

"Why would I keep a distance away from her?" I replied with frustration

"Can't you see? She threatens you that she'd tell the others about your secret! How much more if she finds out about your past? People will know about it, then they'll judge your family and it'll be game over for you and to them"

He began to notice that he was hurting my feelings, then he became more calmer "You must remember this, Al. Your grandfather told you to keep your distance away from people"
