Arthur x Reader

"Let me to you blasted Nohrians! I have two little brothers And sick mother who need me!"

In response to your plea, the barbarian holding you as a hostage smacked you and told you to shut up. You son quietly. Your mother and two little brothers who were barely old enough to understand what was happening right now, they needed their strong big sister to be able to rescue rod their way out of trouble.

"Unhand the maiden foul fiend!" 

A heroic voice bellowed form behind you, causing you to look up at the muscular axemen with blonde hair. You screamed at him to get his attention to held you, and he did see you. The man holding you just gagged you with a piece of cloth left on the ground as he dropped you rather harshly onto the ground with a thud, your rod skidding across the ground. A cavalier and a trio ninjas appeared with the he blonde axemen and began ridding your village of the bandits.

You could feel agonizing pain in your leg indicating it was broken. You struggled to grab the rescuer rod and bloom festival that dropped out of your hand so but you couldn't quite reach. Your family, were they okay?! You close your eyes as tears fall. 

"Fear not, damsel in distress. Arthur is here!"

His voice was loud, booming, and commanding. It was as if he he was one of the storybook heroines she read to he read little brothers about. Did he come out of a book? Or were you, a worthless priestess of this Hoshidan village, sucked into a fairy Tail?

"What seems to be the problem?"

You were so weak, losing consciousness by the second. You lifter your head a tad Andy looked at your rods. 

"Need....to....save....family..."

He followed your eyes and understood, handing the bloom festival and rescue back to you, you instantly began tending to your own broken leg.

"My brothers....and mother...."

The hero nodded as he began to search the village for them while you healed your leg with the he rod. It would take a few hours  but soon it will be better than it used to be.

Time skip because it's team up time!

The sun began to set and your leg was just strong enough for you to walk if you use your staves as a cane. You begin Tim walk around and you run into the hero from before woth his comrades. He had a sorrowful expression on his face.

"I am terribly sorry, but I'm afraid we had no luck finding your mother or other little brother. However..."

You saw your youngest brothther shaking on the cak Of the cavaleir's horse. You met eyes and both of your faces lit up.

"Onee-chan!"

"Akio!"

You're little brother jumps off the horse and embraces you whole, letting out his sobs.

"I thought you were dead like Haru and Momma!"

They were dead?! You fell to the ground, holding Akio as close as humanely possible and tried not to cry because you needed to be strong for the tiny four year old in your arms.

The quintet Of Heroes just watched, you met eyes with the storybook hero and mouthed the words 'thank you'

They ended up taking you back to their camp with them since you had no home.

And you grew to love the storybook hero, who happened to have bad luck. 

But he wasn't lucky to have found Akio.
