Frederick x Reader

This is for Kimfeychu, because she loves Freddy Boi and soulmate AUs. Picking which one is the hard thing. Sorry for the long wait, I have/had school crap to do.

Most likely out of character and the literal worst thing ever.

You look at the red sting on your index finger closely, sighing depely. You knew who it connected to, he just was too busy to notice.

He was such a hard worker, a loyal knight, not to mention a fine male specimen. He was the perfect boy.

Frederick, knight to Chrom and Lissa, brown haired boy, and the hardest worker in all of the Shepards. He was the end of your string, your soulmate, your supposed lover. But he was always too preoccupied with the exalt and his sister to notice you.

You decided it was enough. At dinner that night you knew it was bear, so Frederick would be patrolling. You suck it up and go on a round to search for him. Once your eyes lock onto the loyal knight you stop him.

"Ho there, Frederick."

The knight stops and tunes with his lance in hand And horse at his side, he looks relieved to realize it was only one of shin comrades.

"Ah, (Your name). Did milord send you to fetch me?"

"No. Just wanted to converse."

He raised an eye brown and cocked his head. How could the hottest guy in camp be so god dang cute when he wanted to be?

"To converse? On what matter?"

"Have you ever considered having a life other than serving Chrom? I mean, a family to come home to?"

He looks at the sky, thinking about it. His lance was completely lowered and his horse laid down. You sat down with your legs crossed and the knight followed suit.

"I mean, if my soulmate shows up then perhaps."

"Frederick. Look at your hand."

You hold your breath (and count  the days we're graduating soon! XD) and fiddle with your string a bit to make hsi end Dance. He looked at the red string, shocked, then back at you.

"How long have you known?"

"Way more than a month or so."

"(Your name), you shouldve told me."

"I even had Lissa and Chrom try and help me out but gods, you can be dense!"

"Milord attempted to get us together? That explains a bit...."

You were completely red on the face. You looked down and he did the same, both of you too awkward for your own good.

"What now?"

"Tell Milord?"

"Can we leave Chrom put of things for one second your criminally handsome knight!"

You snap lightly at him and he flushed bright red under the Now moonlight. Was this going to be your life? A freaking almost tsundere? 

Well, you did get the guy so that's a plus.

Crappy. I know. I'm updating soooooooo slowly gods dang it!
