It was an hour after the incident in the bathing tent and Cordelia was off training with Sumia on the bakc of their Pegasi in the sky and Robin was doing sorcery with Tharja, Henry, and Rickin to try and impress Chrom. You were honestly surprised that's none of them were making a no,d move yet. But then again, the prince could be busy.

You decide to just relax, knowing you we're trianed well with an almost expertise in your weaponry. You sat down leaning against a strong Yilsean oak tree and got out an empty book you stole from Robin. You used it kind of like a diary, but also as a scratch book for doodles and ideas for a novel you may write someday. Maybe.

Every so often you woudl wrote down what you remembered from back then. And sometimes, you would look back to the diary you had back then to jog your memory. That is wanted you were  doing now.

The blank book rested in your lap along with a quil as you reread your old diary. You sighed, remembering the events that took place way back when you were mere kids. You recalled the prince's childish and clumsy smiles as his You fear sister would pester you both and Emmryn would have to watch over you.

You flipped back all the way to the beginning page, tearing up with the delightful and horrible memories from your past you sworn to never, ever forget.

You begin to read when you sense someone lookign over your shoulder formation around the tree. You snap the book shut to hide to from the royal reading your diary from when you we're little and you close the empty book woth the quill still in it.

"Chrom! Please don't..."

You sighed and he blushed again.

"Sorry! I guess curiosity killed the cat."

"Do you need something, milord?"

"Please, (Your name), you know I am not omen for formalities."

"Ah, apologies Chrom."

"What was that?"

"What was what?"

He looked down at the diary and book and you flushed a crimson red.

"Oh, this? Just soemthing from when I was a child."

"I see. Is it private?"

You looked at him and gave him a look that indicated he should know thst an dit wss the most obvious thing in the world. But then you looked down again. Whatnot if he did know? What if he did remember you? If you showed him the diary, woudl he recognize you? Woudl it give you a better chance to be woth the one you adore more than anything? But... Sumia...Cordelia...Robin... they all loved him too. You didn't want to snatch him away form your best friends, despite the bet. You sigh.

"(Your name)?"

"Yes, both of these are my private diaries."

"And one is from your childhood?"

"Yes."

"I see, sorry to pry into your personal affairs."

He turned to leave but you grabbed his wrist before you even knew what you were doing. He looked back at you with a perplexity in his orbs he called eyes and you flushed again.

"No, wait! Please don't go! I, err.... have a question."

"Oh?"

You got him to sit down next to you under the tree. You opened the first diary, the childhood diary, and gulped. You were really going to do this. You were really going to tell him what happened and try to get him to realize it was... it was you.

"Do you... do you remember me?"

He cocked his head in pure confusion. He looked you uoa Non down and shook his head sorrowfully.

"No. I'm sorry, am I supposed to?"

You sighed and flipped to the page you marked woht doodles of hearts and stars. And tear stains. Lots and lots of tear stains. You could feel your throat swelling up and your heart beating faster. The prince instantly got concerned.

"H-hey! Are you okay?"

You nodded and put on a fake smile.

"I'm sorry, yes. I'm perfectly fine. But... what if I told you I knew you when we were little?"
