Hinata x Reader

Crap I slept in way too much! Now I'll only be able to get this one out this morning for this book.... sorry.

You were training vigorously with Hana, another skillful and strong samurai girl. She was a retainer to Sakura while you had no set leige. You both were suing the training, wooden katanas.

She rushed at you with three back to back blows And you blocked them all with exceptional defense. You wet  for a jab during her recovery but she spun and ducked out of the way. She tried to sweep and trip you but you couldn't aught on to her tatics And jumped, avoiding falling to the ground. She jumped back up quickly and wiped her brow.

"Phew! You're good!"

You smile at the complements as you both ready yourselves again. She takes a lunge and tired for a four way combo at your abdomen but fails. You block two And slide to the left to block the last two. You slide back to the right and go for a power thrust into the center of her cleavage, a very lethal blow if using a legitimate katana.

She slaps her Karan down on yours to relocate the blow to around her. She retrieves her blade quickly And goes for a kill shot. But luckily you also were a speedy samurai and you react by ducking down, retrieving your blade, and successfully sweeping her to the ground. You point the wooden katana at her nose.

"Game. Set. Match."

Hana looked as if Shen was shocked she didn't win. After all, it was your first time sparring her. That's when you hear an applause. You turn after helping the girl up to see another samurai with brown hair. Your heart flutters when you see who it is.

"Hinata! Nice to see you Here! Wanna train with us?"

"Sounds good Hana! I can always get stronger to serve Lord Takumi!"

She throws him the extra practice katan lying around as he joins you both standing in a circle. You couldn't help but stare at him....

"So how are we gonna do this?"

"Well, (Your name) just beat you, right?"

"You saw?!"

Hinata laughed. Gods you loved thst laugh.

"Yep! And now I wanna see her strength for myself! Is that alright?"

Once you realize what was happening and that's he was talking to you you flinch. You push a strand of hair behind your ear.

"Oh no no no no no! It's fine, it's totally fine!"

He grins and Hana smiles at you as She goes over somewhere where it is safe to supervise. Hinata drags you out to where you were supposed to begin ever sparring session.

Your grip on your wooden katana was tighter than before. You weren't just facing Hana like normal. This one counted for a lot. You wanted to impress Hinata, but at the same time you wanted him to win so you could see his smile. His face was serious right now. 

"What, not gonna take the first blow?"

"Hana always does."

He chuckles and rolls his eyes. He goes for a si ole jab to start you off. Nothing special or powerful so you block it normally but he weaves his wooden katana around your block Andy goes for a more powerful jab at your belly button. You panic and slap his katana away before he got victory. 

You see him switch hands for a second and shake his dominant one. Did you hurt him?! He goes back to hsi normal sword hand and readies himself again. He makes a motion with his eyebrows signaling for you to take the next starting blow.

You gulp and lunge at him woht half of your full force, aiming for his chest about where his heart should be. He blocks and you instantly change aim to his lower stomach confusing him and giving him little time To react. He brings his practice sword down so that he wouldn't lose this match far too early.

He blocks it with power causing the wood to vibrate but you don't let it faze you. You tighten your grip and go for a triple threat. One jab to his stomach, one to his chest, and one to his dominant shoulder. You switch up the order to prove difficulty for him. you go for the right shoulder first and he dodges it with no problem. Then you switch stances and go for a thrust in the lower stomach. He barely was able to dog ever that's because of how far down you went from the first attempt. Then you went for the heart yet again and he slaped your wooden Katana away. You kept it in your hands but away from the target.

"Wow! You are really good!"

"Thanks."

He goes for three thrusts into your hips and you simply spin to avoid them. You end up behind him in the spin and you abruptly place both arms around his from behind on his shoulder so and hold the wooden katana to his neck. Like a hostage.

"Game. Set. Match."

Hana started cheering and Hinata was in utter disbelief.

"Holy crap! How did you learn to do that?!"

You let him Go and drop your wooden katanas. Hana was just cheering all over the place like Elise or Kiragi would.

"Training from both Nohr and Hoshido helped me with my fighting style."

You were born and raised a Nohrian mercenary before your parents forcfully wanted you to join the war and marry some random man. You filed to Hoshido where the army gladly took you in.

"Ah! Maybe I should train with you more!"

You smile and blush. Hinata training with you more. That would be nice.... but Hinata noticed the red in your cheeks.

"Hey, are you... blushing?"

"HUH!?"

Red completely infiltrates your cheeks as he starts to laugh while talking.

"You are! You are blushing! I guess I'm just too much, eh?"

You were speechless and he was just laughing. He actually puts An arm around you.

"I'm teasing! I'm teasing! But I'm serious about your face being red as Taubaki's hair."
