Chrom x Reader

Sorry for the long wait.

You were laughing along with your three best friends of the Shepards. Sumia, Cordelia, and Robin. The four of you gurls were always together and hanging out until one tiny little secret slipped out of the redhead's lips in your tent one night. You we're honestly shocked and a tad jealous of what you heard.

"Eh! Cordelia, you like Chrom?!"

"As in, like him like him?!"

Robin and Sumia began pestering her baoutnher crush as you kind of hugged your knees in shame. Of course your best friend was in love with your own crush, she deserved him way more than you, right?

"Maybe I shouldn't have said that..."

"Aww, she does like him! Dang it!"

"Sumia?"

The three other girls in your tent began bickering and all admitting their one crushes on the bluenette Prince. Robin admitted to loving him since he found him in thst field. Sumia told the story of how she met Chrom and how she also hadn't love at first sight. Cordelia admitted to her longtime crush on the prince. But you didn't say a word about your long history with Chrom. Not. A. Word.

Then Cordelia noticed you, all huddled to yourself in the corner in a small ball of Melancholy and depression.

"(Your name)? What's wrong?"

She walked on her knees over towards you and hugged you, Sumia extanging a worrisome look with Robin. 

"Your time of the month?"

You glare at Sumia, indicating that was definately not it. 

"Maybe she also had a thing for Chrom~"

Cordelia let's you go in shock and Sumia groaned.

"Oh no! Not you too (Your name)! Who even knows how your crush came to be!"

You flushed red.

"H-hold up a second! I never even said I was in love with Chrom!"

Sumia and Cordelia extanged a look and Robin smirked, wriggling her eyebrows with a playful gleam in her chocolates brown eyes. All three of your best friends deserved the prince more than you.

"You just did!"

You covered your mouth. In a way, the tactition was right and your flushed face gave it all away. You clutched your knees tighter to your abdomen makign your rather large bust flow over it and compress onto your knees as your arm start applied pressure to your shins makign it all the more tighter.

"Wow, all four of us are in love woth the same man."

"A prince, no less."

"A hot, handsome, charming prince~"

Robin's final Imput made everyone redder than Cordelia's own hair and everyone shared a laugh afterwards, even depressed little you. Cordelia noticed this still and whispered it to Sumia who whispered it to Robin. Robin then got an idea.

She grabbed her own sleeping bag that she brought and went up to you. You cock your head in confusion as Shen wraps it around you. Cordelia and Sumia smile to eachother's as they both began to do the same woth their sleeping bags. COmfused, you let yourself go straight as a board.

They wrapped you around in the sleeping no bags so that's only your head and hair were visable. You try to look down at yourself but you we're stuck. All four of you began laughing like it wasn't almost midnight. But you reminded of that when Miriel yelled:

"GO TO FRICKING BED ALREADY!!!"

All four of you held in your snickers as you unwrapped yourself with the gel,p of the other three. You all settle down in your own sleeping positions, Cordelia having her own little doll to snuggle next to. You never noticed until now thst the color of the teddy bear matched Chrom's hair.

"So we all love Chrom..."

"Yeah, so why don't we make a challenge?"

Everyone looked at Robin in the dark. You turned out the lanterns so that sleeping woudl be easier.

"A challenge?"

"Yep, more like a bet!"

You all extanged looks on the darkness, but you weren't entirely sure you even met someone's actual eyes.

"Whoever gets Chrom to like them gets to marry him and everyone else backs off!"

You all gasp, loudly. You got another irritated yell from Miriel and you all repeat the gasp, but quieter.

"So, like a tournament where the best one wins?"

"Indeed!"

You think about it yourself. But wouldn't getting Chrom to love you back mean you we're  going to marry him anyway? But the mentioned part where everyone else's has to back off was the priority of winning. You doubted you would even win.

"Deal."

Sumia's voice hadmdetermination written All over it.

"Deal"

Cordelia had some relucatancy, but it was mostly determination with no certainty like Sumia had.

You felt all their gazes on you as you gulped. You sighed, thinkign you had nothing to lose. Except maybe your dignity and pride.

"Deal."

You heard Robin giggle and shuffle under her sleeping bag.

"Then it's settled, first one to Chrom's heart, wins!"

Your eyes closed, thinking and imagining if you won. Chrom with a flushed face, lookign into your eyes. Hm takings your hand, placing a ring on your finger, and his lips meeting your own...

You were out like a light on a matter of minutes.

Again, sorry for the long wait. Almost three whole hours! Maybe I can make this one Into lots of parts! That is I forgot I get at least two comments telling me to continue!

If not I will just go back to one Shots. However I am impatient, sorry. So I may just make more parts of i want to After am maybe an hour. I will try my best to at least wait that long!
