Chapter 16

Kristal's POV

For the past few days, I've been crying and not eating. Well not eating doesn't help because I've been having morning sickness every single minute. Today is the day Theo is visiting. I'm not going to talk about who Ruth is and why she was with him, but when the time comes I'm going to tell him.

My bump hasn't grown yet. If you ask the question 'Are you going to tell him?' I don't really know right now. I was going to tell him when I called him but obviously he won't care anyways. Now I'm living with my roommates at my old flat. I said I was just going to stay here for a while until I get another apartment. Lindsey, my roommate that actually is nice to me instead of not caring, let me use half of her room since the others made my room into a game room. I told her about the baby and Theo. Even though she was really calm, at the same time she was surprised. She told me that I looked so innocent to be pregnant at the age of 22. Well I'm not a bad ass but I do indulge in some bad influences.

Today I'm cleaning up the flat a bit. This place used to be so clean when I was here but now it looks like a tornado ran through this place. I was placing dishes into the dishwasher until I heard the doorbell ring. Lindsey was still home and the others are still somewhere. I mean we are going to Cambridge but the others like to go party a lot. "Lindsey, can you get the door, I'm busy right now!" I yelled hoping she'll hear through the blasting music she is playing. She then went to the door and unlocked it.
"Who are you?" she asked.

"Umm. I need to see Kristal Burke, please." Lindsey let the man through and all I could see in the living room was the person I never wanted to see, Theo James. "Where is she?"

"In the kitchen. I don't she wants to see you actually" Lindsey warned. "She's been pressured lately"

Theo walked pasted Lindsey and into the kitchen where I was frozen with a plate in my hand. "Get out, Theo" I said.

"Babe, what's wrong. Why did you move out of my house?" He questioned.

"May I have some privacy" I asked Lindsey. She went into her room. "Now what do you want?"

"Why did you move out?"

"Because you're a cheater!"

"What? What are you talking about, Kristal? I'll never cheat on you, babe"

"Then who is Ruth?"

"Ruth...is just my friend...babe listen to me" he pleaded.

"So you're now with your friends now"

"Babe what did she tell you"

"She told me that you and her were together. Try to explain that! You know what Theo, I should've known that you were lying. You're an actor for gods sake!" I was now crying.

"I would never lie to you! Ruth was my ex and she went on set and stole my phone."

"Show me the proof!" I demanded.

"I don't know where my phone is. I promised you, I'll be faithful. Just please listen to me, I'm over with Ruth. She can never be you, you were the one who took my breath when I saw you on the streets roaming around. I loved you since that moment. Just please.....I need you in my life. I would die if I couldn't see you. I want to spend the rest if my life with you, no matter what happens" he spoke through tears.

"I don't know if I could trust you"

"I make you trust me. Even if it takes forever to make you trust me, I'll do it. I'll do everything and anything. just please don't leave me" I nodded.

"I'll give you one more chance to prove yourself to me. If you lose that, I'm leaving. Forever." He nodded. I ran and hugged him as he pulled me into his arms. His scent filled my nostrils. His beautiful scent. "Theo I want to go home."

We are now in our home. I see Amy suddenly rise and came running to me. "Where were you?" She asked. 

"I was at my old apartment" I looked at Theo. "Just to visit" Theo looked up at me. I knew I was lying to my now best friend but it's just mine and Theo's business. 

"Oh, just get some rest. I'll be going on vacation! Thanks boss! I'll be keeping an eye on you and Kris" She said as she ran through the door.

"You gave them vacation?" I asked Theo.

"Yea and they can come back whenever they want" He answered.

"I'm going to unpack" As I pulled my suitcase up a few stairs. Theo grabbed my arm.

"No, we're going on a vacation, too" As he went into the living room to reveal two suitcases and two passes to Paris.

"Why are we going to Paris?" I asked as I walked to him.

"Because, I want to treat you to something nice"

"Theo" I hugged him. It feels great to be in his arms again. I tilted my head up to kiss him. His lips taste sweet like always. My hands were in his hair and it was like time froze. "I love you" Those words seem foreign to be coming out of my mouth but it has to come out. 

"I love you more than anything, Kristal. It was a miracle for you to still be with me after what I've done to you, I just love you so much that I can say those words a million times and it will still not compare to how much I love you" He said as he hugged me tightly. We stood there as minutes flew by, just in each others arms. There were butterflies in my stomach but there was also guilt mixed with it, too. 

Pregnancy.
