Prom would be great and so much fun... if I could go. I had the flu and that meant that I couldn't go. It was tonight but I was in bed watching movies and crying. My boyfriend was going to come from LA but I told im to stay since we couldn't go. I think that's what I'm really upset about honesty. I never see Daniel since he lives so far away and now he can't come now. He was going to stay for a week and I had so many plans but of course I got sick!

"Y/n!" I heard mom yell.

"What?" I ask.

"Come take some medicine!" She replies.

I got up and went downstairs I took some medicine and sat on the couch.

"Look I know that you can't go but why don't you put your dress on?" Mom suggested.

"Why?"

"I don't know maybe you'll feel happier?" She said.

I rolled my eyes and went back upstairs. I tried to call Daniel but he didn't answer. Of course because when I really need someone to talk to he isn't there! I continued watching movies and mom brought me some hot-chocolate and popcorn. I was about to put another movie on but I heard a familiar song outside of my window. I walked over to my window and opened it. I looked out to see Daniel.

"Put on your dress and come down here!" Daniel orders.

I smiled and did as he said. I fixed my hair quickly and wet outside forgetting my shoes but I didn't care because all I wanted to do was see Daniel. I ran downstairs and flung the door open. I ran to Daniel and hugged him while he spun me around.

"What are you doing here?" I asked once he put me down.

"Me and your mom talked and agreed that I could come and take care of my beautiful girlfriend," Daniel explains.

"But why did you want me in my dress?" I ask confused.

"Well we are going to have our own prom right here, right now!" Daniel explains.

"Danny I'm sick and-"

"Shhhh" He shushes me and puts on our favorite slow song.

"May I have this dance m'lady?" Daniel says offering his hand.

"Why of course!" I say with a goofy grin.

I take his hand and we dance.

"We look ridiculous!" I exclaim.

"Why?"

"Well we're dancing in the dark and I'm barefoot on the grass," I explain.

"Well it doesn't matter because you're between my arms and were listening to our favorite," Daniel justifies.

"I look a mess!"

"You look Perfect tonight," Daniel whispers.

"I love you."

"I love your more my angel."
