Lunch has just ended and it was now time for art class. I walked in the halls with my friends, as usual, and we parted ways at our classes except Lele. Me and Lele had all of our classes together which was lucky since we are bestfriends.(Okay so Lele is Lele Pons but she isn't famous) We walked in and sat at our seats. Well technically wherever we want since we don't care but whatever!
As usual, my class was ahead since we did our work fast so we could just mess around which our teacher knew and actually appreciated it!
"Don't look but Jonah is walking over here," Lele told me quietly.
I smiled big. Jonah has been my crush for awhile and we never really talked. He's considered as popular but me and my friends are known, yet not.
"Hi Y/n" I heard him say.
I turned and looked at him.
"Hello," I respond with my grin growing wider.
"What's up?" I add.
"Um, well I was wondering if I could get your number?" Jonah nervously said.
"Why?"
"I uh-"
"He likes you!" One of his friends yell.
I laugh while Jonah turns red. He starts to stand but I stop him.
"Don't you need my phone number?" I ask.
His smiles grows and he just nods. I smile and quickly right it down. I hand it to him and he takes it great fully. He walks back to his friends while they are all excited for him. I turn back to Lele and she smirks at me. I just laugh and we continue on our projects.
Timeskip
I walk out of art with Lele to our lockers. I knew Jonah and his friends were trailing behind us and tried to not be stupid just in case he saw. We made it to my locker and Lele left to hers while ai saw Jonah walking up to me.
"Hi again, I hope I didn't put you on the spot or anything, I just like you and I-" Jonah starts.
"If I didn't want you to have my number, I wouldn't give it to and I like you too so your fine," I say smiling.
"I will definitely text you later and maybe set up a date?"
"I would like that alot!"
"I'd love to stay and chat but I have to get to class so I'll text you later!" Jonah says.
I wave as he walks off and continue my day. I was pretty excited to leave since either knew he'd be texting me.
