Chapter 29:

I wiped off the tears and got up. He pulled me into a hug and gave me a kiss. I hugged him tight while he hugged me tighter.

"I missed you so much." I heard him starting to cry.

I looked at him and kissed his cheek. He rubbed my back.

"We will go to a break." The interviewer informed us.

We nodded and the cameras were turned off.

"I'm so happy to have you back." I looked at him.

"So am I." He hugged me tight. "Where's Cat?"

"Sleeping."

"Oh, let's go see her."

"Okay."

We went over to see her.

"I have to go finish the interview." I said.

"Okay, I will see you later." He carried Cat.

She moved around and fell asleep on Li. I smiled and went back to the interview. Daniela saw me and sat me down in front of chair with make-up and hair sprays. All kinds.

"Really?"

"Yes! You have to look good because this represents me!" She yelled at me.

I rolled my eyes at her and she did my entire hair. I was looking through my medias and everything was hate. Can I get a break? Apparently, no. She finished my hair and did my make up.

I sat down and we went on air again. I smiled right away and she sat down.

"Steph, where's your home? Do you miss home while you are on tour?"

"I don't really have a home. The closest thing I have to a home is my mum's house."

"Your adopted mum or biological mum?"

"My actual mum, biological mummy."

"Is it true you own a house in London?"

"Yea, I think we also have one in Li's and I's hometowns."

"That's interesting... Where do you plan to live?"

"I don't know... I have to talk to my husband." I laughed.

"Bye, Dani." I hugged her and she hugged me back carefully.

I was carrying Cathy and her head was on my shoulder as she was asleep. Dani kissed her head and smiled. Liam was on his phone. I hugged Dani one more time and went over to the car. With my purse on my left hand, I held Cathy with my right. She was still sleeping. I opened the car and opened the door. I placed down my purse and placed Cathy in the car. I buckled her up and closed the door. I looked at Liam and he was on the phone, inside the car. When did he got there?

"Since when do you like medium size cars?" He asked.

He was talking about one of my new cars. Life changed when I became a mum. Now, I have a white luxury SUV (Bentley) and everything was about Cathy.

"Since I became a mum." I turned on the car and started getting on the road.

"Hey, babe?"

"Hmmm?"

"Look at me."

I kept my eyes on the road and on Cat.

"Please."

I looked at him and he kissed me. I kept my eyes on the road until we got to the hotel. I got down and I got Cat. Liam was on his phone. I ignored it and went to get my purse. I did and went inside. Liam just followed without taking his eyes off the phone. I was trying to control my anger. We went to the room and I placed Cathy on my bed. She got comfy and I covered her with the blankets.

"Hey, honey. We need to talk." I told Li.

"What? Now? Really?" He wouldn't look at me.

"Yes."

"Fine." He send a text before putting his phone down. "What?"

"You just got your ass here with me and all you have done is be on your fucking phone."

"I have a life and I know I did. Why do you fucking care anyways?"

"I am your wife."

"Are we done having this conversation?"

I rolled my eyes at him and sat down on a chair.

"Babe, maybe we should buy a house." He said.

"We already have one."

"Yeah but, I want one here in California. Malibu." He smiled.

"Can you stop texting and look at me?"

"Can you stop being so annoying, Steph?"

"Fuck you." I got up.

"No but, for real. I'm going to buy one here in Malibu."

"Ok but, why?"

"Because there's a beautiful beach and great waves to surf."

"Do you ever think of our daughter?"

"Yeah, she will be ok. Now, leave me alone. I'm busy texting."

"Let's go for a house hunt, starting tomorrow?"

"Sure."

"This house looks good, Li."

"Yea, 2 floors, 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, a big kitchen, big living room, big yard with a pool, and the best part is that we have a view of the beach."

"That's because this house is right at the beach."

"We have to walk out and we touch the sand." He happily smiled.

"We can walk out my the yard and there's no sand, yay!" I cheered.

We laughed.

"Do you like the house, baby?" I asked Cathy.

She stopped looking around and looked at me.

"I wuv it, mummy!" She kissed my cheek.

"Do you want this to be our new house?"

"Yes."

I carried her and kissed her cheek.

"Tank yew, mummy and daddy."

Liam and I both smiled at our sweet little daughter.

"We just have to sign and pay then, this house is ours." Liam said.

"YAY!" Cathy's smile was the biggest smile ever.
