Its been six weeks since I arrived here and life was actually getting better and better for me to be honest. The invisible plan was back on track and it was working perfectly. I couldn't be happier.
No extra drama.
No trouble with parent's.
Dad and Mom finally grew on Shane. Thank God. Since Shane never allowed us to meet at his place, we met at my house five days a week. Mum said that she was torn between Chase and Shane and that she didn't know who she preferred more. I did. Chase all the way but eh, Shane was actually epic.
He always brought me food and food was my one true love. Plus he always stayed back every Friday for movie night, my treat. He even made the popcorn. He surely knew how to spoil a woman. His wife would be very lazy. Thank God that after few weeks, he threw out the entire bad boy facade or whatever it was and became completely easy going.
No school induced drama
Turns out that Miss Brittney hadn't acted upon the letter she gave us over a month ago. Weird, I know right? (I knew it was all empty threats!!)
Also turns out that Delphine didn't even rip the letter like we all thought she did. She said she kept it for evidence but that paper was turning old by the day. The Terrible three have maintained good conduct. No house break ins and no stalking so far. Okay so maybe we stalked Jayden and Jessica on their first date. Yeah they were thing now. I know, awkward. It wasn't fun. At all. Only mushy stuff. *cue disgusted face*.
No friendship drama.
As I mentioned earlier, Jayden actually asked Jessica to be his girlfriend. It was so romantic (do not take this to heart, my definition of romance will make you cringe) He actually asked her in the cafeteria and because his dad is loaded, that day, it was an all you can eat buffet. Plus the cafeteria was even decorated.
Talk about being extra.
Once Jess came inside, everyone was silent and then, a banner fell, hanging from the ceiling releasing red rose petals with it. It had the words
'Would you like to be my sister, mother, best friend and girlfriend?'
on it. Jessica cried.
I was like awwwn look at how much food he put into this thing and I grabbed myself a plate of everything with extra everything. Its my bff's food anyway. (There was no way I'd let free food pass me by!)
Yeah so that happened. Back to my list.
No sibling drama.
Turns out that Bryan, Mason and Ella are now the best of friends. Parading themselves as The Indomitables. Luckily for them, they attended the same school, so they met up at Bryan's place, went to school from there and came home to my house. They were so protective of little Ella. Bryan almost died when she touched a pair of scissors. Mason on the other hand never, I mean never eats lunch alone. He said something about sharing is caring, so he always, I mean always eats with his group. Adorable right?
No.
When it was his turn to provide the grub, I had to pack his food with two extra food packs when he was taking it on his bike to meet his 'group' and trust me, it was not easy.
No problem with math.
This was one of the best for me. You should know why.
Mr Newly called me in this morning to have a 'word' with me.
"Good morning Sir. You called for me." I greeted him as I entered the teachers lounge
He looked up at me and smiled
