After that long talk with my mum.
Okay it was not that long, I headed up straight to my room after dinner. Talk about a long tiring day. I put in ear plugs just in case some weird dude decided to throw stones at my window again. The sweet sound of silence.
And one, two, three, I was off to dreamland.
"We need to go. They will harm you."
The person spoke."Who will? Why? What did I do to them?" I asked.
"Okay I'll tell you. Promise to listen and obey." The person instructed.
I nodded.
"This is what you will do when it..."
beep beep Beep BEEP BEEP BEEP!!!!
My stupid alarm went off.
I wonder what kind of dream that was. Probably a spin-off of some awkward movie I'd seen.
Today is Thursday, a school day. The person that invented literature is forgiven. It was totally not his fault. He probably did it to please the PERSON that invented SCHOOL! Ah, he was so lucky that he was dead. Why? you may ask. Because I would have personally hunted him down with my mob of angry students and burnt him and his house down.
Muahahaha!! Muahahaha!!!
Okay, I really needed to stop this depressing laughter.
I faced the ceiling while lying down on my bed. Why did I have to go to school? Standing up from the bed every morning was a big fight between my body and soul. I started thinking about all the things I would do once I got up.
I had teeth to brush, a body to bath, clothes to wear, stairs to walk down, food to eat. If all these things were not considered as tedious jobs, I don't know what I'll call them.
After a long deliberation, I got up, brushed and took my bath. Time to dress up. This was the hard part. Some girls felt comfortable wearing anything like throwing on a sweatshirt and plain jeans. I took my time to prepare, after all I was a Lady. Usually, I used the weather forecast for the next day to bring out my outfit the day before but yesterday I was too tired to do anything.
After fifteen minutes of trying out several clothes, I settled with a black jeans and a red gathers off the shoulder top. I wore simple strap sandals then I brushed my hair and applied lip gloss.
No need for makeup. I strongly believed that make up should be used for special occasions. School didn't deserve an ounce of make up on my face.
Jess was meant to pick me up today. She was late again. I didn't want to enter any classroom late today. That would thwart my invisible plan. I hurried downstairs and drank a glass of orange juice. I went back to my room and sat on my bed.
Was I forgetting anything? Nah, I didn't think so.
I waited for Jess for like thirty minutes more. I started thinking about begging my mum to take me to school. She hated the stress of school runs. What's up with Jess??
After what seemed like forever, Jessica Rivers finally arrived. I ran down to the car and buckled my seatbelt.
"Good morning to you too. My night was long and peaceful, thanks for asking." Jess greeted me as I entered the car.
"You're late." I folded my arms and looked at the wind screen.
"Sorry about that. I had some stuff to take of."
"What would you be taking care of before school this morning?" I queried.
"Its not important. Are you forgetting anything?" She asked me as she started the car again
