"Chef, they are here." My secretary said.

Ibinaba ko ang kutsilyo at inutusan ang isa pang chef para tapusin ang ginagawa ko. I went out of the kitchen then I saw them waiting for me.

"Good morning Mr. Fevito, we are from the Chef's Story Magazine and thank you for allowing us to interview you." I think she is the journalist.

"It's my pleasure come on have a seat." I said at sabay-sabay kaming umupo.

Ipinaliwanag lang nila saakin kung anong mangyayari at nagsimula na sila sa pagtatanong ng tungkol sa restaurant. Kung saan gawa, mga materyales, ang menu at syempre ang best seller na cuisine.

Until they asked me,

"What was your inspiration for building Areeyah's Home?"

I sighed before finally answering that, "The name of the store is followed the name of my late girlfriend."

Kita ko naman ang gulat ng mga mata nila, "Can you tell us more about her?"

"Uh...Areeyah was my first and only love. She's the type of a woman that any guy wishes to have. She's sweet, caring, jolly. She always want you happy up to the point that she's willing to sake her own happiness just for others to be happy." I smiled.

"How long is your relationship right now?"

"Actually it's only five years but I'm still counting the years even though she's gone. Right now it's going to be our 12th year."

"Gone? I'm sorry to ask this but what do you mean that she's gone?"

I smiled, "She died seven years ago, brain cancer."

"We're sorry to hear that."

Tumango ako at ngumiti. At matapos ang mga ilang katanungan ay nagpaalam nadin sila.

"Sir, Ma'am Wella texted." Sabi ng sekretarya ko at inabot ang cellphone ko.

Huminga ako nang malalim at napatingin sa kalendaryo na malapit sa pintuan ng kitchen.

It's seven years already.

That 6 pm we gathered at her graveyard. Naabutan kong kumpleto silang lahat doob. Sandra and Gerald, Paul and Timothy and Wella. Arexha was with her boyfriend too. May mga pagkain at nakahanda na ang cake para sa kanya.

"Lance!" Sigaw ni Paul nang makita ako. Lumingon nadin ang iba at ningitian ko silang lahat.

"Why so late?" Ani Wella habang hinihimas-himas ang tiyan.

"Ang dami kasing tao sa restau ngayon." I said.

"So! Let's start? Kantahan muna natin si Ate." Arexha said.

Pagkatapos namin kumanta ay kumain muna kami at nagkwentuhan kung ano na ang mga nangyayari saamin ngayon. As of now, lahat naman kami ay masaya at nasa maayos na kalagayan.

"Let's go to the highlight of Ate's death anniversary?" Arexha asked at lahat kami tumango.

Nakagawian na naming gawin to every year. We will form a circle with Areeyah's graveyard in the middle and we will talk about her.

"Okay! So this year, this will be the question, what word can be connected to Ate Areeyah's name?" Tanong ni Arexha, "Let's start with you Ate Wella." She smiled, her smile is just like her sister's.
