It was late in the morning when I woke up. The sound of tge shower indicated Oswald was already up. I yawned, getting up from the warmth of the bed. I wiped the sleep from my eye, looking at the alarm clock.
"Eight.....fourty" I mumbled, the words not comprehending right away.
"We have to pick the kids up in 20 minutes" I jumped from the bed a lottle too quickly. My world spun for a minute, causing me to knock into the wall.
"You okay out there Felix?" Oswald yelled from the bathroom.
"Yeah I just stumbled" I yelled back, stretching my body out.
"Did you hurt your stomach" oswald peeked out of the door, water dripping off of his ears.
"I'm fine bunny boy" I chuckled, rubbing my eyes again.
"Okay....well get ready" Oswald replied, slipping back into the bathroom.
I smiled, walking towards the closet. Once inside I reached up, grabbing oswalds blue hoodie. It wasn't as big as my grey one, but it still worked.
After I had my new clothes on I brushed my fur. It had to look at least decent when we went.
"You ready?" I heard oswald ask from the doorway.
I jumped, throwing the brush at him. He quickly ducked, the brush flying past his head.
"Damn you could have just said that you weren't" his eyes were wide with shock.
"Sorry! You scared me" I covered my face.
"It's okay, just had a mini heart attack" oswald joked, grabbing our jackets.
"Sorry." I mumbled again, picking up the clothes I had dropped.
"It's okay, now come on we are going to be late" oswald grabbed my hand, gripping it tightly.
I looked up at him, smiling at him. He made everything feel so much better.
"Yeah lets go" I replied, pulling him out of the closet.
"Excited?" Oswald laughed as I pulled him down the stairs and outside.
"Very! I can't wait to tell them" I smiled, excitement flowing through me.
We climbed into the car, oswald started it up.
"We ready?" Oswald looked at me, we were trying to think if we were forgetting.
"Yeah I believe so" I tried to think of anything we might have missed.
"Okay than lets go" oswald pulled out of the driveway, getting onto the road.
It was about 30 minutes later that I realized what I was missing.
"Oswald I forgot my meds" I looked over him.
"Damn it" he mumbled, keeping his eyes on the road.
"Fuck"
