The night was rough. Lola kept tossing and turning, trying to prevent the demons from coming in. She just needed one night without the endless suffering. Honestly, Lola was so sleep-deprived that she could swear she was hallucinating. The soft whispers of her father echo through the room, attempting to ease her mind. Though, she knows very well it was her own imagination.

"Daddy, I need you," she whispers into the deafening night, knowing full well that no one will hear her.

She feels horrible for the way she acted with Riley. Even though, she was in a terrible mood, his heart-broken face haunted her.

Lola then decides she was going to apologize to him tomorrow.

Staring at the lowering moon, her mind softens lightly. It always comforted her, knowing that she wasn't the only lonely thing in this world. The moon soars so high yet can never reach any other star. The stars just surround it, floating openly. They never once touch, and the little speckles of light leave the moon be.

Lola comes to the conclusion, the moon is exactly like her.
