Victoria was falling deeper into depression after the breakup and Lola had no idea what to do. She would've thought once they ended their relationship, Riley would leave them alone. But it was the exact opposite. If anything, him and his pathetic girlfriend Samantha were paying more mind to the pair of best friends than they ever did before.

Victoria and Lola would be miserably walking down the dreaded hallways of this damned school and they would run into Riley and Samantha. The two would always make a show and end it with Samantha tormenting Victoria. 

Lola's fists shake as she remembers how she called her best friend a slut. She said nasty things like no one would ever love or care for her. She recalled punching her straight across the face and telling them to get lost. But, that didn't make any difference.

She called her names and after every single time Victoria would run to the washroom and cry. After, Lola would see markings on her skin and bawl begging her to stop. She would just give her a look. It was so cold and emotionless. She could feel her skin prickling.

Now, Lola was holding her phone shakily. Riley's contact was showing and a cute image of them at Disney World hugging. She shakes in anger as tears spew down her face. Long before, she had decided what she was going to do. But now, when she was about to take action, she was hesitant. She's known this boy forever and their friendship was about to turn to dust.

But then she remembers Victoria's heartbroken face and all those emotions slip away. She makes the call and once he answers, she says, "It's over."
